Full-time students of Dai Nam University study online from March 1, 2021

Based on the complicated developments of the Covid-19 epidemic; Based on Official Dispatch No. 460/UBND-KGVX dated February 15, 2021 of the Hanoi People's Committee on students temporarily stopping going to school to ensure the prevention of the Covid-19 epidemic; Based on Notice No. 21601/TB-DN dated February 16, 2021 on students continuing to stop going to school to prevent the epidemic caused by the Covid 19 virus, in which the Faculty of Information Technology, the IT Department and the Training Department have completed organizing online classes according to the issued training plan; Dai Nam University decided to organize online learning for all regular student classes from March 1, 2021.

To make online training convenient and effective, the Board of Directors recommends:

1. The leaders of the Faculties inform all permanent lecturers, guest lecturers, academic staff of the Faculties and students of the video "Online learning instructions" at https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLjrH_XEhu_wbgwBcTuRBMzjdT0wBu6lyw
2. Homeroom teachers of K14 classes add the list of students of each class to the group "Dai Nam University Students" ( https://www.facebook.com/groups/SVDaiNam ) so that students can receive support when they encounter difficulties during the online learning process;
3. In virtual classrooms, leaders of the Faculty, staff of the Training and Examination Department, and staff of the Student Affairs Department have been assigned. Leaders of the Faculties and staff of the Departments are requested to urge, remind and supervise lecturers (full-time and guest lecturers) and students to comply with the teaching plan, ensure punctuality in class, and implement appropriate and effective teaching methods in the online environment;
4. All students of all training systems are requested not to leave their place of residence, and to fully comply with the epidemic prevention regulations of the State, the Ministry of Health and local authorities;

Leaders of Faculties, Institutes, Departments and Centers are responsible for informing all staff, lecturers, trainees and students to know and implement.
