Finance and Accounting Department

A. FUNCTION

The Finance and Accounting Department has the function of advising and assisting the Board of Directors and the Board of Management in organizing, managing and implementing Finance and Accounting work according to the provisions of the Law and of Dai Nam University.

B. TASKS

1. Carry out the tasks assigned by the Board of Directors and the Board of Management: strictly manage the school's financial resources. Carry out the collection and expenditure in accordance with the provisions of the Law and of Dai Nam University.

2. Develop short-term, medium-term, annual, quarterly, monthly and ad hoc financial plans to ensure good basic construction, investment, purchasing, training, scientific research and other activities of the school.

3. Develop payment regulations for training, scientific research and internal spending regulations of the School.

4. Manage books, documents, accounting accounts, records of Site Clearance, Basic Construction, Asset Investment Purchase and other documents systematically, scientifically and strictly. Accounting in accordance with the Accounting Law and regulations of the Law.

5. Organize and coordinate with units in the school to implement policies on tuition collection and other revenues and expenditures to serve the school's activities.

6. Organize, guide and inspect units in the school to implement policies and regimes for cadres, lecturers, employees and students in a timely manner according to approved plans, in accordance with the provisions of the Law and Dai Nam University.

7. Prepare summary and detailed reports and be responsible for the data, financial management and assets of the school. Prepare financial and accounting reports according to the provisions of the Law. Periodically provide and report accurate and timely accounting data and documents as required by the Board of Directors and the Board of Management.

8. Coordinate with relevant units in the School and partners and contractors to negotiate and complete procedures and documents related to finance.

9. Perform other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors and the Board of Management.
