Northwest Ban flowers are what everyone thinks of when talking about Ban flowers, but few people know that in this land of Hanoi, there is also a school full of Ban flowers every spring and that is my school - Dai Nam University.

I studied at the Accounting department of the school, where teachers often applied positive teaching methods, changing the thinking of each generation of students. And I, a girl from the countryside, was very scared when I first came to Dai Nam, afraid of expensive tuition fees, afraid that studying at a private school would not be good, afraid of not knowing the way, afraid of being scammed. But no, when I set foot in Dai Nam, I saw that everything was completely different from what I thought. The tuition fees we paid each year were even lower than those of some other public schools, the teachers were enthusiastic, young, dynamic, extremely passionate, teaching us positive ways of thinking... the volunteers helped me find a place to stay. I found myself trying harder, making more efforts, not as weak and self-conscious as before.

Time flies and I am about to leave my beloved school, teachers, and friends to step out into the bustling society with the luggage provided by the teachers. The teachers of my department are strangely always afraid that their children will stumble when they go out. At this time, we may have to pour water and make tea at companies, but the teachers keep us here, help us study, help me do real work like in the business. The teachers teach us the most practical things, what we have to do. How are reality and theory different? How to handle real situations? The Head of Department, whom we affectionately call “the powerful man”, is a teacher and father who is always devoted to us. He always thinks of the best solutions for us, from his extensive Excel (as he calls it) to a miniature business model. He taught us how to think, how to behave, how to live in a work environment, how to work in a team. He was willing to share what he had, the experiences he had acquired during his time in the profession.

The specialized knowledge that we have learned for the past 3 years are all academic theories that we do not understand, but now after the internship at school, the teachers have shown us how to apply them in practice and handle situations. The teachers have guided us to learn computer accounting, especially for me, a 20-year-old girl from the countryside who has never used a computer, but now I am different. I know what Sumif does? Vlookup function? And much more. Business models, documents arising from business activities show us what our role is in the business and the specific work we have to do. The situations that businesses encounter and how both sides need to handle them.

When it comes to Imind map, you probably think of colorful, eye-catching images that have nothing to do with accounting. Indeed, I thought like you from the first day until I learned. Not only me and my friends also realized that we had abused images too much and in fact, if we knew how to apply Imind map, we could remember the ideas and not miss anything. It is associated with ideas, books, content from meetings to report presentations, ... And we can clearly grasp the content of the work as well as how to arrange the ideas in a complete and detailed manner.

Everything we have learned, our teachers have given us to review and relate to reality such as how to write an invoice, what kind of invoice is reasonable and valid, how to arrange and remove documents, how to declare taxes, etc. All are old knowledge but are applied to reality in a detailed and specific way.

Just like that, teachers always think of us wholeheartedly. Every day, teachers should just guide the practice online, but despite the long distance, teachers still travel for us. Teach us how to keep up with reality so as not to be confused and to minimize mistakes when going out. Teachers have never complained, only we complain "If only we knew in advance that knowledge is important and related to reality, we would have studied hard in the past so that now we can know more and understand faster, teachers would have less trouble". With new practical methods, it has helped us have a luggage to keep up with life out there.

Finally, with the knowledge that teachers have equipped us with, we believe that we will be useful people for society and for the future. Thank you teachers for guiding us. I wish all teachers good health and success. I wish the next generation to study well and cherish the days at this beloved school.
