Faculty of Tourism, Dai Nam University: Leading in training between schools and businesses

With the consistent direction and guidance of Dr. Le Dac Son - Chairman of the Board of Directors of the school - to become a leading university in Vietnam with at least 20,000 students studying in many fields, contributing and influencing the community and the country" with the mindset of "Learning to change", Dai Nam University is proactive in training closely linked to the requirements of businesses. Dai Nam University graduates are not only good at knowledge but also must be proficient in skills and have a solid professional attitude so that students can work right at businesses.

Dai Nam University graduates are not only good at knowledge but also must be proficient in skills and have a solid professional attitude so that students can work right at businesses.
From the general goals of the school. The Faculty of Tourism has made a strong change in the training program, teaching methods as well as the approach to students, closely following the training goals associated with the reality of the School. The Faculty of Tourism has been building its core values in training in tourism - hotel:
Firstly: The Faculty invested in building new technical facilities with a full system of theoretical classrooms and practice rooms meeting 4-star standards to meet the teaching, practice and internship needs of students. The Faculty of Tourism uses Lotus Legend Hotel at 197 Ha Dong as a hotel for students to practice their profession.
Second: The faculty's staff and lecturers, from permanent and guest lecturers, are people with practical experience in the profession, pedagogical qualifications, have attended training programs according to Vietnam Tourism Occupational Standards (VTOS), are regularly trained and educated to improve their professional qualifications and skills, and are passionate and dedicated to tourism vocational training.
Third: The entire training program is reviewed and edited to best suit the needs of the Enterprise and especially applies modern, active teaching methods, taking " Students as the center ".
Fourth: The Faculty strengthens joint programs and cooperation with tourism businesses, domestic and international vocational training organizations, and non-governmental organizations to ensure quality and diversify training methods, serving many learners in society, ensuring output for businesses and mobilizing many resources to serve human resource training in the tourism industry.
Thursday: After graduation, 100% of students will be introduced to domestic and international jobs.
In particular, the faculty has its own hotel so that students can practice and work in a professional environment outside of class hours.
With the goal of becoming the TOP CHOICE in the field of training, providing quality human resources for tourism and hotel businesses in Vietnam, the Faculty of Tourism - Dai Nam University will be a pioneer in combining universities and businesses to train students with specialized knowledge closely related to the requirements of businesses, meeting the current labor recruitment needs: not only good at knowledge but also proficient in skills, fully meeting the demand for human resources not only in the Tourism industry but also in all other industries in the near future.
