Faculty of Public Relations and Communications welcomes new students of course 9

On the afternoon of September 17, 2015, the Faculty of Public Relations and Communication, Dai Nam University held an intimate and formal meeting to welcome the new students of the 9th course.

Attending the event were Associate Professor, Dr. Phan Trong Phuc - Principal of the school, Dr. Nguyen Viet Anh - Vice Principal of the school, Dr. Le Thi Thanh Huong - Head of Training Department, along with all staff, lecturers and generations of students of the Faculty of Public Administration and Information Technology.

During the meeting, the new students were introduced to Dai Nam University, the Faculty of Public Administration and Information Technology, and their majors, and saw their upcoming journey in the 4 years of studying and training at the school. Speaking at the meeting, Associate Professor, Dr. Phan Trong Phuc said: “The quality of training has affirmed the brand of Dai Nam University. Since its establishment, the school has always exceeded the assigned training targets .”

Dr. Le Thi Nha also shared with the students: “Public relations is an attractive field of study for young, dynamic, confident and creative people. Currently, many organizations and businesses are lacking professional human resources working in the field of public relations and communications to build, develop and maintain their brands. I believe that if you study and practice well, you will have many opportunities and can confidently apply for jobs at those organizations and businesses. In fact, most of the PR students of Course 5 have just graduated and have jobs .”

“ I really like and will be determined to study at the Faculty of Public Relations and Communication - Dai Nam University. I want to become an event organizer, PR and communication program producer”... Hopefully, the wish of Tran Phong - a new student of K9 as well as all students of the Faculty of Public Relations and Communication will come true.

At the meeting, the new students also joined their seniors and teachers in fun games. Through the game "Guess the right prize", with interesting questions about Dai Nam University, the new students learned more about the University, the Faculty, and the teachers who built and created the brand of the University. In addition, the special performances and sincere confidences of the seniors created excitement for the new students in their first days at the Faculty of Public Administration and Communications. In particular, the poem "Advice" by Minh Kien (PR Class 07) was both humorous and touching, expressing the care and protection of the older generation for their younger siblings.

At the end of the meeting, teachers and students sang the song “Joining Hands”, connecting generations of students of the Faculty of Public Administration and Information Technology. This melody will forever warm their student journey.
