On April 11, 2018, the Faculty of Business Administration - Dai Nam University cooperated with the Business Forum Newspaper - Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Center for Supporting Rural Youth Development - Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union to launch the contest "Youth Start-up - Innovation of Dai Nam University 2018".
On April 11, 2018, the Faculty of Business Administration - Dai Nam University cooperated with the Business Forum Newspaper - Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Center for Supporting Rural Youth Development - Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union to launch the contest "Youth Start-up - Innovation of Dai Nam University 2018".The fourth year of the “Startup with Dai Nam” program is an annual competition initiated and organized by the Faculty of Business Administration of Dai Nam University. This is an attractive, practical and useful program for Dai Nam University students in particular and students and young people across the country in general.
Attending the program were Dr. Luong Cao Dong - Principal of the school, lecturers and more than 300 students of Dai Nam University and other universities. In particular, the program also had the participation of many startup experts and successful, experienced entrepreneurs: Mr. Nguyen Van My: Senior Lecturer of CEFE, Vice Chairman of the National Startup Advisory Council - VCCI, Mr. Nguyen Tien Dung - Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Business Forum Newspaper, Mr. Dinh Trong Nguyen: Vice Chairman of Hanoi CEO Club. Mr. Ngo Van Cuong, Member of the Standing Committee of the Central Committee, Head of the Rural Youth Committee.
Guest representatives attending the program answered students' questions.
Many leaders and students of Dai Nam attended the program.
The launching ceremony aims to promote the competition to a large number of young people, students nationwide and media agencies, businesses on the basis of exchanges between entrepreneurs, startup training experts and helping students develop the spirit of entrepreneurship, business to understand the meaning of the competition. This year, the organizing committee conducted the launching ceremony of the competition with two stages, specifically:
- Phase 1 is the preliminary round of business ideas, the Organizing Committee will select 30 best creative ideas to write a project. The ideas are sent to the Faculty of Business Administration - Dai Nam University 56 Vu Trong Phung, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi or the Center for Rural Youth Development Support - 64 Ba Trieu, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi;
- Phase 2 conducts training, fostering and evaluation, selecting the 5 best projects to participate in the final round of the Creative Youth Startup Competition - Dai Nam University 2018 .
- Phase 3: After the program, the organizing committee will support and guide the legal procedures, provide technological support for the teams to implement their ideas, support product consumption channels for 01 year, and then evaluate the effectiveness and draw lessons for the competitions of the following years.
