Exciting Cultural - Sports - Art activities to celebrate the 15th Anniversary of Dai Nam University

The bustling, exciting atmosphere in preparation for the 15th Anniversary Celebration of Dai Nam University (November 14, 2007 - November 14, 2022) has been spreading throughout the school with many practical, useful and meaningful Cultural - Sports - Art activities.

To mark the 15-year journey of construction and development; honor generations of teachers and students; look back on the past journey, continue history to continuously develop to meet the trust and expectations of society, Dai Nam University (DNU) solemnly organizes the "15th Anniversary of the School's Establishment" ceremony at 3:00 p.m. on November 17, 2022.

In order to create a vibrant emulation movement, promote the love and pride of generations of staff - lecturers and students for Dai Nam University; The Executive Committee of the University Youth Union has early deployed a series of useful and meaningful Cultural - Sports - Fine Arts activities. Thereby, strengthening the relationship between teachers and students; improving health, enhancing the spirit of learning and creativity of students.

“Dai Nam Cup 2022” sets a “huge” record for the number of participating teams

The opening event of the series of events is the football tournament “Dai Nam Cup 2022”, taking place from October 29 to November 20. The tournament attracted 60 participating teams, including 01 team of Staff - Lecturers of Dai Nam University.

The “Dai Nam Cup 2022” football tournament received enthusiastic response from teachers and students. This is a useful activity, promoting the spirit of sports, improving health, and training physical strength for students of Dai Nam University.

With the spirit of solidarity, exchange, nobility and honesty, the teams brought beautiful and dramatic performances; receiving enthusiastic response from the fans.

In particular, the contest “Miss Football Dai Nam Cup 2022” is taking place very excitingly, attracting the attention of a large audience inside and outside the school. This is an event contest, aiming to honor the beauty and sportsmanship of DNU female players.

Exciting online contest "DNU Moments"

Another equally exciting activity is the online photo and video contest “DNU Moments”. The contest has attracted thousands of entries. Each photo and video captures different moments and perspectives of generations of teachers and students about the common home “Dai Nam University”.

The contest is entering a fierce phase with the voting round on the fanpage and Tiktok channel “Dai Nam University”. The voting period takes place from November 9 to November 12, 2022. The total prize of this year’s contest is up to 16 million VND.

Many former students and trainees "return to their old school"

For many generations of students, the youth named Dai Nam University has written the dreams, ambitions and the most beautiful memories of their lives. Here, they studied and trained to have confident and steady steps on the career path. Wherever they go, whatever they do, those students are always proud to be a student coming from the "roof" of Dai Nam University.

The 15th Anniversary of Dai Nam University is a time for generations of alumni and students to return "Home" to show their gratitude to their teachers. Activities for alumni "returning to their old school": Class reunion, school tour, watching documentaries, viewing historical wall exhibitions, interacting and taking souvenir photos... will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on November 17, 2022.

Nearly 300 teachers and students eagerly participated in the special performances at the 15th Anniversary celebration.

In particular, the performing arts are an indispensable dish in the 15th Anniversary Ceremony of the school. The “epic” performance of Dai Nam teachers and students marking the 15th anniversary of the school’s development will be a special DINH performance that attracts the audience, along with the appearance of 02 singers Trong Tan and Hoa Minzy who will “stir up” the stage of Dai Nam University.

To prepare carefully for the grand ceremony, after each class, teachers and students in the art troupe stayed at the school to practice. Although tired, smiles were still bright on the lips of each member, because they all shared the same love and looked forward to the 16th birthday of the common home “Dai Nam University”.

The performances are rehearsed seriously with high intensity.

Nguyen Thi Thu Ha – a student of Korean class 14.01 shared: “I am very honored and proud to participate in the performance celebrating the 15th anniversary of the School. I feel responsible and have to try my best to make the performance as perfect as possible…”
