Enterprises support training and expand job opportunities for FIT-DNU students

Thoroughly applying the learning ecosystem "Enhancing the maximum experience between studying and doing at the enterprise", fulfilling the mission of "Training students to have a good life and be good citizens after graduation", the Faculty of Information Technology (IT) always focuses on expanding business cooperation, creating conditions for students to have the opportunity to practice - intern at enterprises right from the first year of university and throughout the course, graduating with a job in the right major with an attractive income. Continuing that activity, recently, the Faculty of IT continued to sign cooperation agreements with 03 large enterprises in the field of human resources and IT.

Attending the ceremony, on behalf of Dai Nam University, there were: Dr. Le Thi Thanh Huong - Vice Principal, Dr. Tran Dang Cong - Head of IT Faculty; along with staff, lecturers and students of IT Faculty.

On the business side, there were: Ms. Ha Thi My Hanh - Director of Viet Tinh Hoa Human Resources Solutions Joint Stock Company; Mr. Phung Tuan Anh - Director of Vietnam Simulation Technology Investment and Development Joint Stock Company VNSIM; Mr. Phung Van Duc - Evotek Vietnam Technology Joint Stock Company.

Nearly 20 partner businesses ensure that IT students are introduced to internships and have jobs right after graduation.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Dr. Le Thi Thanh Huong said: Training high-quality human resources, without businesses having to spend much time retraining, has been the orientation of Dai Nam University for many years. Accordingly, the University has continuously expanded cooperation with businesses, innovated training programs, linked to reality, according to the needs and "orders" of businesses.

“Dai Nam University always welcomes businesses to visit, cooperate and directly participate in the training process, in order to bring the best benefits to students and businesses…”, Dr. Le Thi Thanh Huong shared.

Dr. Le Thi Thanh Huong said: The school always creates all conditions for IT students to study, practice and intern.

Dr. Tran Dang Cong said: Currently, the Faculty of Information Technology has officially signed contracts with nearly 20 businesses in the IT field, ensuring that students are introduced to internships and have jobs immediately after graduation.

“The Faculty of Information Technology not only trains students in basic and specialized knowledge, but also provides all the conditions for businesses to participate in training, helping students accumulate knowledge, skills and professional working attitudes right from the classroom, expanding job opportunities with income levels for them after graduation,” said Dr. Tran Dang Cong.

Dr. Tran Dang Cong affirmed that "Learning goes hand in hand with practice - Practical learning" is the training motto of the IT department.

Enterprises commit to accompany and create conditions for students to participate in recruitment.

Sharing at the signing ceremony, Ms. Ha Thi My Hanh said: The IT sector is very "thirsty" for human resources. However, IT graduates currently still cannot meet the requirements of businesses due to the lack and weakness of expertise and soft skills.

“In addition to receiving students for practice and internship, Viet Tinh Hoa Human Resources Solutions JSC will accompany the IT department in training, supplementing knowledge and soft skills in businesses…”, Ms. My Hanh said.

Ms. Ha Thi My Hanh commits to supporting the Faculty of Information Technology in training high-quality human resources to meet the requirements of businesses and society.

Mr. Phung Tuan Anh highly appreciated the training program that is close to the actual needs of businesses of Dai Nam University. Accordingly, students will be equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills from basic to advanced for an IT engineer, access to technology and professional working environment at businesses operating in the IT field right from the first year of university; study and practice in technology classrooms, laboratories, workshops, spacious libraries with rich learning resources, regularly updated.

The signing ceremony of the memorandum of understanding between the Faculty of Information Technology and 03 enterprises took place successfully. The parties hope that this cooperation will create a premise for more open cooperation in the future, as well as help students have the best training and development environment to become useful citizens for society.
