With the aim of helping students understand the need for human resource recruitment in the era of the 4.0 industrial revolution as well as the input and output requirements of students majoring in foreign languages, on the morning of October 30, the Faculty of Foreign Languages - Dai Nam University organized the Conference "English in human resource development in the era of the 4.0 Industrial Revolution" attracting the attention and response of a large number of staff and students in the whole school.

In his opening speech, Dr. Dang Ngoc Huong - Head of the Faculty of Foreign Languages, Dai Nam University, thanked the speakers for accepting to participate in the conference. Talking about the development vision of the Faculty, Dr. Huong said: “The Faculty of Foreign Languages is striving to transform, change and continuously improve to become a prestigious and quality foreign language training institution trusted by society. Lecturers in the Faculty continuously update modern, new and creative teaching methods to inspire and create excitement for effective learning for students... With synchronous, systematic and modern investment, the Faculty of Foreign Languages will certainly have stronger and more solid development steps in the coming time…”

After Dr. Huong's speech, the program's speaker - businessman, teacher Nguyen Dang Khue (lecturer at Hanoi University, Chairman of Sao Khue Group) started the conversation by sharing the meaning and importance of foreign languages in the era of industry 4.0.

The interpretation competition provides practical experience of the interpreter profession for Dai Nam University students.
At the end of the program, Dai Nam University students were challenged to participate in the English-Vietnamese and Vietnamese-English translation competition right on stage. The best students of this competition received valuable scholarships from Sao Khue Group.
