With the motto of training closely linked to the reality and needs of enterprises, learning goes hand in hand with practice, Dai Nam University always makes constant efforts to connect students with the business environment so that students can master knowledge and have many job opportunities after graduation. The training program of the Faculty of Business Administration is not outside of that policy of the University. In each school year, the Faculty organizes for students to visit and experience the actual working environment of a business in different fields.

On December 15, hundreds of students from the Faculty of Business Administration, Dai Nam University had a day of visiting and experiencing the working environment of Samsung Electronics Vietnam Co., Ltd. (SEV).
Here, teachers and students of the Faculty of Business Administration can "witness" the professional and modern working environment of officers and employees of Samsung Electronics Vietnam Co., Ltd.
On December 15, hundreds of students from the Faculty of Business Administration, Dai Nam University had a day of visiting and experiencing the working environment of Samsung Electronics Vietnam Co., Ltd. (SEV).
Here, teachers and students of the Faculty of Business Administration can "witness" the professional and modern working environment of officers and employees of Samsung Electronics Vietnam Co., Ltd.
On December 15, hundreds of students from the Faculty of Business Administration, Dai Nam University had a day of visiting and experiencing the working environment of Samsung Electronics Vietnam Co., Ltd. (SEV).
According to MSc. Pham Van Minh – Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration, the purpose of the field trip is to help students understand the content they have learned in the program. This is a practical training and learning activity in the direction of equipping practical knowledge that the Faculty has been effectively applying for many years.
“For example, when studying business administration, students will visit production lines; when studying business administration, students will learn about human resource arrangement in businesses; when studying marketing, students will learn how businesses do PR and events; when studying strategy, students will learn about the company's development strategy situation…” – Master. Pham Van Minh said.
Students of the Faculty of Business Administration experience the accommodation and meals of SEV Company's staff.
Not only does this field trip provide students with useful practical experience, it also helps students participate in team building activities that connect teachers and students, and students from different courses together.
Unable to hide her excitement, Nguyen Thi Lan, a student of class 12-02, Faculty of Business Administration, shared: “The trip was very meaningful and useful. We learned a lot, such as seriousness and dedication in work, training skills, management and how to treat employees. This is the motivation to study and compete, which is extremely necessary for us in the future…”
Sharing about the field trip to SEv Company, Cao Duy Khanh - a student of class 11-01, Faculty of Business Administration, said: "The trip was very meaningful and brought us many valuable lessons. Thanks to the trip, I understood more about Samsung Group in general and SEV Company in particular, understood more about the process of producing a phone, the benefits for their employees...".
Unable to hide her excitement, Nguyen Thi Lan, a student of class 12-02, Faculty of Business Administration, shared: “The trip was very meaningful and useful. We learned a lot, such as seriousness and dedication in work, training skills, management and how to treat employees. This is the motivation to study and compete, which is extremely necessary for us in the future…”

Practical experience helps lecturers gain more knowledge and experience to implement more effective teaching.
It is known that every school year, the Faculty of Business Administration, Dai Nam University organizes for students to visit and experience the working environment of large enterprises.
“ Learning combined with practice has always been the guiding principle of the Faculty of Business Administration in particular and Dai Nam University in general over the years. In each academic year, our students will visit and experience a business in different fields…”, said Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy – Lecturer of the Faculty of Business Administration.
MSc. Pham Van Minh added: “For teachers, practical experience helps us gain more knowledge and experience to implement more effective teaching. For students, during the 4 years of study, they will have the opportunity to visit 4 different types of businesses, helping them to synthesize more knowledge and not be surprised when graduating.”
