DNU students have the opportunity to receive additional international degrees from Asia University

With the signed training cooperation agreement between Dai Nam University and Asia University (Taiwan), students will have the opportunity to study in Taiwan and receive 02 Bachelor's degrees in Finance - Banking. This is also an activity within the internationalization policy of Dai Nam University in the period of 2023 - 2030.

The Signing Ceremony took place online. Participating in the program, on behalf of Dai Nam University, were: Associate Professor, Dr. Pham Van Hong - Rector; Leaders and staff of Faculties, Departments and Offices in the school.

On behalf of Asia University, there were: Dr. Jeffrey JP Tsai - President; Prof. Chen Yinghuei - President of the International School; Dr. Ou Jenho-Peter - Vice President of the International School; Dr. Fen-Fang Tsai - Director of the Center for International Academic Exchange.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Associate Professor, Dr. Pham Van Hong said: Expanding study abroad opportunities, promoting internship programs, and international student exchanges are important directions in the international education strategy of Dai Nam University. In recent times, the University has signed training cooperation agreements with many international universities and academies, such as: University of Minnesota (USA), Nigerian Foreign Trade Academy, Poland - Japan Information Technology Academy, etc.

Associate Professor, Dr. Pham Van Hong looks forward to cooperation between the two sides.

“The signing ceremony between Dai Nam University and Asia University is a testament to the university’s strategy of internationalizing education. I believe that the cooperation between the two sides will not only open up study and work opportunities for students but also create a network connecting lecturers and scientific researchers at home and abroad…”, Associate Professor, Dr. Pham Van Hong shared.

With the international dual degree training program, DNU students have the opportunity to receive 02 prestigious diplomas.

After discussing related issues, Dai Nam University and Asia University agreed to cooperate in the following areas: student and lecturer exchange, research cooperation, organization of international seminars, and joint training of 2+2 dual degree program.

Notably, the two sides will cooperate and join forces to train the 2+2 international dual-degree Bachelor's program in Finance - Banking. For this program, in the first 2 years, students will study at Dai Nam University. From the 3rd year, they will transfer to study at Asia University. Upon completion of the program, students will receive 2 Bachelor's degrees in Finance - Banking from Dai Nam University and Asia University.
