Mr. Le Van Duy - Head of Nursing Department advises students before leaving for internship in Japan.
“The aging population, the increasing rate of elderly people living alone and the serious shortage of nursing human resources in recent years in Japan have brought about extremely potential study and employment opportunities for international nursing students. With free and paid internships and experiences like this, students not only have the opportunity to access a modern medical environment to improve their knowledge, skills and experience, but also have a good environment to learn Japanese and learn about Japanese culture. Not only that, domestic job opportunities are also very open to nursing graduates who are proficient in Japanese...”, said Mr. Le Van Duy.
Sharing with us before the flight, Nguyen Phuong Hanh Dung excitedly said: “ There will definitely be many surprises and difficulties to overcome, but I will try my best to complete the internship in the best way possible…”

Besides, we also learn about Japanese culture. Hopefully, this will be a premise for us to catch up and learn better in the new environment.”

Now the students have settled down and started working.
Upon arriving in Japan, the students completed a health declaration and had their temperature checked at the airport. Currently, all 10 students have completed immigration procedures, started settling into their accommodations, and are getting acquainted with their internship at the nursing home.
