DNU held the Active Training Method and Management Skills Program

improving the attitude and learning motivation of learners;  

-          Learn and practice active teaching methods in teaching, curriculum design and exercise;

-          Equip participants with class management skill, unit management skill, school management skill to achieve the development target of the university.

       In the classes, participants were divided into groups to discuss and take part in various games and activities designed to provide them with knowledge of active learning methods. Many teaching method were introduced such as KWL/KWLH, project method, brainstorming, case study.

          In the program, Dr. Le Dac Son – Chairman of the Board – said: “The program is a must-have activity of Dai Nam University before the beginning of the new semester. In the classes, participants will have opportunities to discuss the active teaching methods and improve your competency, skills and management ability. I believe you will apply what you have learned in your teaching activities and increase the motivation of students from the very first class”

The training program has received a lot of positive feedbacks from lecturers, staff and managers of Dai Nam University. All agreed that the program is very useful for them in their teaching, management activity. Through this program, DNU clearly showed the determination to improve the teaching and learning quality of the university, thus, meeting the increasing demand of the society.
