First time to school already a sophomore

Although she has been back to school for 2 weeks, Do Quynh Nga - a student of class TCNH 15.02, Faculty of Finance - Banking is still excited and nervous.

“The first time I came to school as a second-year student, and was about to welcome new students, I felt very strange. After 2 weeks of coming to school, thanks to the enthusiastic support from teachers, friends and seniors, I quickly integrated into the vibrant and dynamic environment at DNU,” Quynh Nga expressed.

The first time meeting teachers and friends, Tran Duc Anh - class QTDL 15.01, Faculty of Tourism was surprised when 'everyone was different from on the small screen', cuter, more active and enthusiastic.

“When studying directly in the lecture hall, I can interact and discuss more with teachers and friends, I feel much more excited. Therefore, learning efficiency is also improved,” Duc Anh said.

Having “got used to” the new look of DNU for 2 weeks, Nguyen An Khanh – class LKT 15.02, Faculty of Law was still surprised by the “luxurious” and spacious appearance of the School. The majestic sun gate, the tree-lined yard, two “super-large” lecture halls with spacious, airy classrooms; brand new desks, chairs and learning equipment are the things that impressed An Khanh the most.

“I didn’t think Dai Nam University would change so quickly in such a short period of time. Studying in a spacious, modern environment makes me feel more excited and energetic,” the male student expressed.

Dang Thi Diem Huong - Chinese class 14.08, Faculty of Chinese Language and Culture was particularly impressed by the school's "willingness to spend" when investing nearly 4 billion VND to install high-configuration computers for students to practice; billions of VND for a new library. Each classroom is equipped with fans, air conditioners, and modern sound systems to help students study comfortably, without having to worry about the "burning heat" outside. In particular, specialized classrooms such as soft skills classrooms, sloping lecture halls, practice studios, and practice - laboratory rooms are arranged to suit the specific characteristics of the profession, helping teachers and students maximize their creativity.

“Returning to school after a long break due to the pandemic, I thought I had gone to the wrong address. The new look of the school is so beautiful that it hurts. I feel lucky to be able to study in such a dynamic and convenient environment,” Diem Huong shared.

To help students quickly integrate into the learning environment is the tireless effort of the School Board and teachers. Before the first day of school, the School Board directed the entire system to get involved and deploy plans to welcome students. In particular, the academic advisor system (homeroom teachers) quickly got involved to enthusiastically support students to quickly get acquainted and catch up with the professional learning environment at university.

Vu Minh Phuong, a student of Korean class 14.05, Faculty of Korean Language and Culture, shared: “I am especially impressed with the dedication and enthusiasm of the teachers. There is hardly any school where teachers are as close, sharing and understanding with students as at Dai Nam University.”

The Faculty of Business Administration's leadership closely monitors each teaching activity and supports students.

In particular, to give students more opportunities to experience, practice and work, the School constantly expands cooperation in business training with Samsung Group, LG Electronics Group, Korea Small and Medium Enterprises Association; Delta E&C Vietnam Company; Heesung Vietnam Company, Vietnam - Korea Business and Investment Association (VKBIA); Central Institute for Drug Control; Xanh-Pon General Hospital... Organizing a series of attractive talkshows and workshops for students to experience and learn.
