4. Training time and jobs after graduation of students

4.1. 2+2 joint training program: Students are trained for 2 years at DNU and 2 years at universities of science and technology in Taiwan. After graduation, students are awarded an engineering degree by universities of science and technology in Taiwan. Engineers will have to work at a semiconductor company in Taiwan for 2 years. The minimum starting salary is 1000 USD/month.

4.2. 3 + 1 joint training program: Students are trained for 3 years at DNU, the 4th year at universities of science and technology in Taiwan and do paid internships at Taiwanese enterprises. After graduation, students receive an engineering degree from Dai Nam University. Engineers can stay in Taiwan to work at Taiwanese semiconductor enterprises. Starting salary is 1000 USD/month.

4.3. 3 + 1 + 1 joint training program: Students are trained for 3 years at DNU, then 1 year of exchange at universities in Taiwan, transfer credits to DNU, receive a university degree from DNU. Students continue to study for 1 year at a university in Taiwan, receive a regular university degree from universities in Taiwan. Engineers are granted degrees by both parties and can stay and work at semiconductor enterprises in Taiwan. The starting salary is higher than 1000 USD/month.

- Admission based on the total average score of grade 11 and semester 1 of grade 12 according to the subject combination for admission. Admission score = (Score of subject 1 + Score of subject 2 + Score of subject 3). Score of subject 1 = (Average of the whole year of grade 11 subject 1 + Average of semester 1 of grade 12 subject 1)/2; Score of subject 2, Score of subject 3 is calculated similarly to Score of subject 1.

- Admission based on the total average score of the 12th grade year according to the subject group for admission. Admission score = (Score of subject 1 + Score of subject 2 + Score of subject 3).
