Dialogue with students is an annual activity of Dai Nam University at the beginning of each new school year. This is an opportunity for teachers, departments and students to exchange and share all issues in the learning process, life as well as facilities... Dialogue with students is also an opportunity for teachers to better understand students as well as to strengthen the relationship between students and the University. With that purpose, on the afternoon of November 3, 2015, the Faculty of Finance and Banking is the first faculty of Dai Nam University to organize the program "Dialogue with students" at the 1st floor hall, Phu Lam campus, Ha Dong.
Attending the dialogue were Dr. Luong Cao Dong, Dr. Nguyen Viet Anh - Vice Principal of the School; MSc. Pham Van Minh - Deputy Head of Training Department and leaders of Departments, Boards and Faculty of Finance and Accounting who are directly responsible for student issues.
Over the years, the dialogue program of the Faculty of Finance and Banking has received positive responses from students. All questions related to internships, internships, thesis writing; retakes, retakes, and exams to improve grades or bonus points and rewards for class officers; and issues related to the state of facilities and classrooms have been openly asked by students to the teachers.
Issues of training, studying, TOEIC exams or Soft Skills subjects are of interest to students, especially questions about exam scores, national defense certificates and job opportunities after graduation are the most asked questions by students.
Regarding job opportunities for students, Mr. Luong Cao Dong, on behalf of the School Board, gave very clear, accurate and satisfying answers to students. He emphasized, “ The school is always a bridge connecting with businesses, creating internship opportunities as well as introducing jobs for students after graduation. But most of it depends on the students’ efforts and abilities. During the internship at businesses or banks, students must demonstrate their abilities and working attitudes to employers.”

Next, Ms. Thai Thu Phuong - Deputy Head of Administration Department answered students' questions about the facilities: sound quality of microphone, projector and classroom hygiene.
Ms. Thai Thu Phuong - Deputy Head of Administration Department: "The Administration Department will always create favorable conditions to support and meet the best facilities for students"
Regarding the classroom issue, Mr. Pham Van Minh - Deputy Head of Training Department suggested " assigning classrooms to each class in a fixed manner for a school year, which means assigning ownership and protection of classrooms to each class. Each class will manage their own classrooms under the supervision of the Administration Department and Training Department" . The fact that students do not have a sense of responsibility for protecting common property or keeping classrooms clean often causes difficulties for the School's administrative work. This idea of Mr. Pham Van Minh will assign responsibility to students, so that students are self-aware of protecting classroom property; received the agreement of many students of the Faculty of Finance and Accounting.

Students exchange democratically, ask questions directly to teachers.
The direct dialogue between the teachers in the Board of Directors, heads of departments, faculties and students of the Finance and Banking Faculty took place in a friendly, comfortable and democratic atmosphere. All questions from students were answered satisfactorily by the teachers. Democratic student dialogues like this will always be promoted by Dai Nam University in the faculties. "The school always creates the best conditions to help students study" is the commitment and also the message that the teachers want to convey to students of Dai Nam University in general and students of the Finance and Banking Faculty in particular.
