With the desire to listen to the aspirations and to answer students' questions about learning issues, training programs, facilities and other activities. On the morning of December 16, 2016, Dai Nam University organized a Student Dialogue program at the 1st floor Hall, Phu Lam campus - Ha Dong - Hanoi.
Attending the program were Dr. Luong Cao Dong, Ms. Cao Thi Hoa - Vice Principal of the University, Dr. Le Thi Thanh Huong - Head of Training Department, MSc. Duong Trong Chau - Head of Student Management Department and hundreds of students from faculties of Dai Nam University.

Dialogue with students is an annual activity of Dai Nam University held every year. This is an opportunity for teachers in the Board of Directors, Faculty leaders, as well as service departments and students of the University to discuss frankly about issues directly related to the interests of students.
Regarding the training issue, Dr. Le Thi Thanh Huong said: " In the past year, the school has no longer seen errors in grades, subjects have been logically arranged by semester and students no longer complain about the teaching methods of lecturers".
In order to provide quick and specific information about class schedules, exam schedules, grade-up exams or re-study schedules to each student, Ms. Huong suggested that the school and the Deans of Departments must do a good job of informing and announcing on websites, hard copies and soft copies of information to each student so that they can clearly understand their rights.

Discussing the emulation movement activities and job opportunities for students after graduation, Dr. Luong Cao Dong said: “ Dai Nam University encourages students to actively participate in Union activities and competitions, creating good luggage to have a job right after graduation. The school creates the best conditions for students in all activities, supports them in contacting organizations and businesses for internships if they cannot contact them themselves”. Looking at the current reality, Dai Nam University has established a Career Guidance Club, aiming to develop into a unit introducing jobs for students. Aiming for the goal of 100% of students having jobs after graduation, the problem is that they need to actively study and practice during their time at school.

Also during the dialogue, Ms. Cao Thi Hoa - Vice Principal of the school received students' opinions and answered each question very satisfactorily, especially about the service of facilities.

Ms. Cao Thi Hoa gave very detailed and satisfactory answers to questions related to facilities.

Ms. Cao Thi Hoa concluded, “ 80 percent of your questions are in the “Student Handbook” posted on the Dai Nam University website. We suggest that you review it carefully and apply it. As for the technical department, immediately after this dialogue, it is necessary to review the entire computer system for students, especially during exams, to ensure that there are no quality gaps in training.”

The student dialogue took place successfully, with the spirit of speaking frankly, honestly, and democratically to build and develop together. The school highly appreciates the spirit of contributing opinions and will respond to the most legitimate and practical opinions of students to increasingly improve the quality of teaching and learning at Dai Nam University .
