Dialogue with students of Information Technology and Construction - Architecture

Student dialogue is an annual activity, demonstrating the democracy of Dai Nam University. This is an opportunity for teachers, departments and students to exchange and share difficulties and problems related to study, life and facilities... With that purpose, the dialogue program with students has been actively promoted and carried out by the faculties in the school. On the afternoon of November 27, 2015, the Faculty of Information Technology and the Faculty of Construction and Architecture jointly organized a dialogue program with students at Phu Lam Hall.

Student dialogue is an annual activity, demonstrating the democracy of Dai Nam University. This is an opportunity for teachers, departments and students to exchange and share difficulties and problems related to study, life and facilities... With that purpose, the dialogue program with students has been actively promoted and carried out by the faculties in the school. On the afternoon of November 27, 2015, the Faculty of Information Technology and the Faculty of Construction and Architecture jointly organized a dialogue program with students at Phu Lam Hall.

The program was attended by Dr. Luong Cao Dong - Vice Principal of the School, concurrently Head of the Faculty of Information Technology, MSc. Nguyen Viet Anh - Vice Principal, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dao Van Toai - Head of the Faculty of Construction - Architecture, along with teachers who are leaders of faculties, departments and a large number of students of the Faculty of Information Technology and Architecture.

At the beginning of the program, Mr. Luong Cao Dong explained to help students better understand the credit training program, register for courses and conditions for receiving scholarships. With the characteristics of the two faculties of Information Technology and Construction - Architecture, students often have to do projects and do a lot of field work, so he emphasized that " Students of the Faculty of Information Technology and the Faculty of Construction - Architecture will be enhanced with skills subjects and project subjects. Project is a subject that will help students synthesize knowledge and practice specialized skills".

Dr. Luong Cao Dong - Vice Principal of the School, and Head of the IT Department, answered questions related to credit training and student internships.

Questions about facilities and classroom conditions were also shared with students by Ms. Thai Thu Phuong - Deputy Head of Administration and Management. She said: "The school always tries to create the best conditions, providing all the necessary equipment for students' learning. However, each student should build their own awareness of preserving and protecting the common property of the school, building cultural beauty right at school."

In addition, students of the two faculties also frankly shared with teachers about the necessary needs for learning such as: The Faculty of Information Technology wishes to receive support from the school for a server to serve the essential needs for the learning and programming process. The Faculty of Construction - Architecture, especially students majoring in architecture, hopes that the school will provide additional support for the faculty to organize extracurricular classes, talks with experts and architects at home and abroad to learn more experiences.

Students of two faculties actively asked questions directly to teachers.

The frank sharing and exchange between teachers and students of the two faculties, along with the school leaders, has helped students resolve difficulties in the new school year. In the following days, the faculties will continue to organize direct dialogues with students at Phu Lam Hall. Student dialogue is an activity that the school leaders pay great attention to. Through such student dialogues, teachers understand students better as well as strengthen the relationship between students and the school.
