Men's Football Tournament Organization

I. TIME AND PLACE
1. Time: from October 6, 2017 to November 13, 2017
2. Location: Dai Nam University Football Field - No. 01 Pho Xom - Ha Dong - Hanoi
3. Main officer in charge: Mr. Vu Dang Tuan Anh - Deputy Secretary of the School Youth Union

II. CONTENT
1. Participants: Full-time and transfer students.
2. Competition rules : 32 teams divided into 8 groups, playing a round-robin tournament to calculate points, selecting the top 2 teams to enter the round of 16. Apply the 7-a-side football competition rules as prescribed by FIFA.
- Teams participating in the tournament will deposit 500,000 VND to the Organizing Committee to pay the fine for yellow and red cards if any . (After the tournament, the Organizing Committee will count the number of cards of each team and return the deposit or request additional payment corresponding to the fine amount of each team).
+ Each Yellow card is fined 50,000 VND
+ Each Red card is fined 100,000 VND
- The fines for Yellow and Red cards will be used by the Organizing Committee to buy drinks and fruits for the competing teams.
- Referees are hired by the Organizing Committee from reputable organizations outside the school, with a good grasp of the 7-a-side football rules as prescribed by FIFA.
- Each team's competition uniform must comply with the regulations of the Organizing Committee to ensure the aesthetics and customs of the tournament. The school will support the cost of the uniform.
- Other contents will be specified in the tournament regulations.
