On September 3, the delegation of the Ministry of Education and Training led by Deputy Minister Bui Van Ga was very excited after a working session with the leaders of Dai Nam University - a group of schools that previously had difficulty in recruiting students - when the schools found the secret to attracting candidates: Training quality and employment after graduation.

At the meeting, Dr. Le Dac Son - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dai Nam University - shared: For non-public schools, there are still many difficulties from macro issues such as changing the mindset of society towards the concept of public schools - private schools, the State's investment in the non-public system... or everyday matters such as tuition fees. However, if we keep demanding or waiting for changes in circumstances, it will be difficult for non-public schools to just exist, let alone develop.

According to Dr. Le Dac Son, to fundamentally solve the enrollment problem, the school should not only focus on communicating to the school and providing information about enrollment, but also focus on improving the quality of the teaching staff.

Every year the school conducts many student opinion polls and is determined to retain only lecturers who are highly appreciated by students.

The school allows lecturers to propose modern teaching methods suitable for their students. The salary paid by the school will increase for successful individuals. The same goes for guest lecturers. Dr. Le Dac Son is willing to pay up to 5 million VND for 4 hours of good quality teaching.

Originally an educator who became a businessman and then returned to the educational environment, Dr. Le Dac Son pays close attention to the school's training to be linked to the demands of businesses. Still closely associated with leading businessmen, Mr. Le Dac Son is nurturing feasible projects to provide training with addresses, creating more jobs for students after graduation.

Initially, Dai Nam University has created a reputation in society for its training quality and employment after graduation; especially in the fields of Pharmacy and Economics. Therefore, in the first phase and the first half of the second phase, the school has recruited about 65% of its target.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Phan Trong Phuc - Principal - affirmed: At the end of the second round, along with the number of candidates participating in the National High School Exam, there are also candidates who are selected according to a separate admission plan, so the number of successful candidates will continue to increase.
