DECISION
Regarding allowing Dai Nam University to provide full-time training
Bachelor of Tourism and Travel Services Management

MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2012/ND-CP dated April 18, 2012 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/ND-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
Pursuant to Circular No. 14/2010/TT-BGDDT dated April 27, 2010 of the Minister of Education and Training on promulgating the List of education and training at level IV of College and University levels; Circular No. 32/2013/TT-BGDDT dated August 5, 2013 amending and supplementing the List of education and training at level IV of College and University levels issued together with Circular No. 14/2010/TT-BGDDT dated April 27, 2010 of the Minister of Education and Training;
Pursuant to Circular No. 08/2011/TT-BGDDT dated February 17, 2011 of the Minister of Education and Training stipulating conditions, records, procedures, opening training majors, suspending enrollment, and revoking decisions on opening training majors at university and college levels;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Higher Education,
DECISION:
Article 1. Allow Dai Nam University to provide regular training at university level in Tourism and Travel Services Management, code: 52340103.
Article 2. Determining enrollment targets, organizing enrollment, organizing training, evaluating learning outcomes and granting graduation certificates shall comply with current regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.
Article 3. This Decision comes into force from the date of signing.
Article 4. The Chief of Office, Director of the Department of Higher Education, the Prime Minister of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training, and the President of Dai Nam University are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
Article 2. Determining enrollment targets, organizing enrollment, organizing training, evaluating learning outcomes and granting graduation certificates shall comply with current regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.
Article 3. This Decision comes into force from the date of signing.
Article 4. The Chief of Office, Director of the Department of Higher Education, the Prime Minister of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training, and the President of Dai Nam University are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
