Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Dai Nam University - Outstanding Citizen of the Capital in 2021 honored by Hanoi City

On the afternoon of October 8, the Hanoi Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee held a ceremony to receive the title "Hero of the People's Armed Forces" for the Hoang Dieu Citadel National Salvation Youth Union; commend typical "Good people, good deeds" and honor "Outstanding Capital Citizens" in 2021. The Organizing Committee announced the decision of the Chairman of the City People's Committee, awarding the title "Outstanding Capital Citizens" in 2021 to 9 outstanding individuals in various fields.

It is an extremely honor and pride for the staff, lecturers and students of the Faculty of Medicine in particular and Dai Nam University in general that Associate Professor, Dr. Hoang Duc Hanh - Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Dai Nam University is one of 9 individuals honored as outstanding citizens of the capital in 2021!

Associate Professor, Dr. Hoang Duc Hanh, born in 1961, is one of 18 doctors in the Hanoi Health sector (from 1989 to present) who were awarded the title of People's Physician (PP) by the President.

Throughout his career, Associate Professor, Dr. Hoang Duc Hanh has always been a shining example for the entire Hanoi health sector because of his silent contributions to patients and the community. Especially in the context of the complicated developments of the Covid-19 pandemic, his dedication was further affirmed when he was assigned to manage the operations of the Hanoi CDC.

With many years of dedication to the health sector, especially the career of training a team of good, dedicated and virtuous doctors, after retirement, Associate Professor, Dr. Hoang Duc Hanh continues to contribute in a new position - Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Dai Nam University.

Secretary of the City Party Committee Dinh Tien Dung and Chairman of the City People's Committee, Chairman of the City Emulation and Reward Council Chu Ngoc Anh presented the title and flowers to congratulate "Outstanding Citizen of the Capital".

This is the respect that the City has for the typical examples in the "flower garden" of good people and good deeds of the Capital, those who live, study, work and devote themselves to a passionate love for Hanoi.
