Intending to pursue a career in banking, after graduating, Tran Ly applied for a position as a teller. However, the opportunity to work at the Faculty of Finance and Banking at Dai Nam University came once again when Ly was given the opportunity to return to work at the faculty.

Being familiar with the environment and receiving dedicated guidance from teachers, Ly quickly caught up with the work. After a period of trying, Ly was assigned to be the homeroom teacher of TCNH class K14. For the 24-year-old girl, this was both a new experience and a new challenge.

As a young headmaster, Ly said he encountered many obstacles. First were the scrutiny and doubt about his abilities. Ly himself was afraid that he was too young and did not have enough voice with the students.

However, it is her love for her students and her work efficiency that has brought her closer to students and parents.

"For a young homeroom teacher, of course there will be disadvantages. But in return, I have an advantage of being able to be closer, easily share and understand students better.

I often share and confide in students, so the relationship between teachers and students is very good. This also helps me quickly grasp the study and life situation of students," said the 9X.

After a year of working, from a shy and shy girl, Tran Ly has become more confident and mature. Her youthfulness and enthusiasm have helped the 24-year-old girl gain the love of her colleagues and students. Ly said that at first she was quite shy with this way of calling her by students, but gradually she got used to it. The young teacher felt very happy when students loved her and considered her a special friend.

In addition to her work at school, Ly also does online business. The 9X shared that she has been involved in these jobs since she was in college. Thanks to that, Ly has an additional source of income to satisfy her passion for traveling. For the girl born in 1997, traveling is a way to relax and balance herself.

Possessing a pretty appearance and pursuing a gentle, modern style, Ly received many offers to be a photo model. However, because she was not confident enough about her body and expression in front of the camera, she refused.

Besides, Ly also wants to spend time focusing on improving his skills and completing his main work at school well.

At present, Ly is quite satisfied with her work and life. She is studying for a master's degree in Banking and Finance at the University of Economics - Vietnam National University, Hanoi. Tran Ly's greatest wish is to convey useful and practical lessons to her students.

"For me, no matter how many roses I walk on, my feet will still be filled with pain from the thorns. Therefore, the more thorny and difficult it is, the more effort I have to put in. I believe that as long as I try hard, opportunities and success will come," Ly affirmed.
