Ten years is not a long time compared to the age of a school, but for me personally, Dai Nam University is a place of attachment, love, concern, and nurturing, and is my second home.

WHERE THE ARMY DOESN'T HAVE TO FLATTLIZE THE BOSS, KNOWING HOW TO SWIM WILL FLOAT

Ten years is not a long time compared to the age of a school, but for me personally, Dai Nam University is a place of attachment, love, concern, and nurturing, and is my second home.
Ten years ago, I still remember the first time I met Dr. Le Dac Son, who was then the General Director of VP Bank and also the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the school. My first impression when I met Mr. Son was that he was a young man, full of enthusiasm and his words made me remember forever and decided to stick with Dai Nam University: "We must trust young people and create conditions for young people to develop, maybe they are a bit immature in the first year but I believe young people will be the future of Dai Nam" and at that time I was 32 years old for the position of Head of Training Department of Dai Nam University.
There is pressure on me, but I am lucky to be here, a working environment where everyone always creates conditions for each other to contribute. A place where the management team can freely and democratically argue with the " Boss" (people still joke that the boss has not finished speaking, the staff has finished arguing) but never get angry or bullied, as long as they can defend their point of view and bring benefits to the school. A place where brothers and sisters work together to work together for the development of the school. A place where they are free to be creative, innovative and have their opinions respected if it benefits the students and the common good. A place where the army does not have to flatter or stress about knowing the boss's private house to give gifts or gain affection... Here, only ability and dedication are recognized and respected. A place where we often say: Whoever knows how to swim will float.
After 10 years of seeing the growth of the school, I am truly happy and joyful and always wish Dai Nam University to be like a second home for all staff, lecturers and students of the school. It is a quality training facility so that all students and trainees of the school are always proud of the school they have studied and are studying... and Dai Nam University will become a prestigious educational institution on the map of Vietnamese education.
