Dai Nam University was honored to receive the Chu Van An Award for the development of Vietnamese educational culture, the first time in 2014.

With the aim of encouraging, motivating and honoring individuals, social organizations, domestic and foreign enterprises who have made great contributions to the development of culture and education; and enhancing the spirit of respecting teachers for the younger generation, in 2014, the Chu Van An Award for the Development of Vietnamese Culture and Education was officially launched. This national award is organized under the sponsorship, direction and support of the Vietnam Association for Science and Technology, the Vietnam Association for Promoting Education, and the Ministry of Education and Training.

Dai Nam University is a higher education institution within the national education system directly managed by the Ministry of Education and Training. Since its establishment, the school has set the goal of becoming one of the leading schools in the country and internationally in terms of “ Quality, prestige, innovation and service”.

The members of the school's Board of Directors are former university lecturers and domestic business owners. The head of the Board is the Chairman of the Board - Dr. Le Dac Son - former lecturer at Hanoi University of Science and Technology, who has been the General Director of a large commercial joint stock bank in Vietnam for nearly 10 years.

The school’s staff and lecturers are experienced and highly qualified professors and doctors. Currently, Dai Nam University has over 200 lecturers who are professors, associate professors, doctors and masters, many of whom were trained in countries such as the US, UK, Australia, Singapore, etc.

Honoring outstanding units, organizations and individuals

After 7 years of striving, building and growing with the efforts of the school's leadership and staff, Dai Nam University now has nearly 10,000 full-time university and college students; 12 faculties with 13 training majors; 8 departments, centers and institutes. Up to now, the school has had 4 graduating classes, most of whom have found jobs. Up to now, the school has started training Masters in Banking Finance and Accounting.

The school always adheres to the goal of "Training practical skills in specialized subjects; training English according to TOEIC standards and training soft skills for students", helping students know how to work right after graduation and the outstanding point is fluent English as well as mastering life skills as well as working skills.

To meet the above requirements, the school has built an "Accounting - Auditing Consulting Center" closely linked with Enterprises; Specialized Clubs such as: Accounting - Auditing Club, Student Startup Club, Foreign Language Club, PR Club... to create conditions for students to "Practice professional skills" right from when they are still in school, the motto "Learning goes hand in hand with practice", "Theory linked with practice" has achieved positive effects!..

With its achievements and contributions to the development of the country's education, Dai Nam has twice received certificates of merit from the Ministry of Education and Training.

In today's solemn ceremony, Dai Nam University was honored to receive two consecutive awards: the Collective Award for the University and the Individual Award for Dr. Le Dac Son - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dai Nam University for his outstanding achievements in training and educating the young generation of Vietnam.

This noble award is an honor, a source of pride and also a source of encouragement for teachers and students of Dai Nam University to continue to strive to achieve the goal of becoming one of the top quality private universities in Vietnam by 2020.
