Immediately after receiving information about the re-emergence of the Covid-19 epidemic, the Steering Committee for Epidemic Prevention of Dai Nam University held an urgent meeting to come up with important countermeasures to deploy Covid-19 epidemic prevention work to all cadres, lecturers, staff, students and trainees in the school.

Accordingly, the first thing the school will notify all staff, lecturers, employees, students and trainees in the school is that anyone who has traveled through the epidemic area from January 12, 2021 onwards must immediately quarantine at home, make a medical declaration according to regulations to be monitored and handled promptly.
Second, all cadres, lecturers, staff, students and trainees coming to school must strictly comply with regulations on epidemic prevention, such as: medical declaration, body temperature check, wearing masks, washing hands with sanitizer and especially not coming to school if having symptoms of cough, fever, difficulty breathing...
Visitors coming to work according to the registered schedule must present identification, declare health and have their temperature checked at the school gate.
Third, the Faculty of Pharmacy and the School Health Department immediately prepared additional disinfectant gel; masks; body temperature measuring devices and proceeded to spray/wipe disinfectant throughout the entire school area with standard disinfectant solution.
Officers, lecturers, staff, students, trainees and visitors coming to work at Dai Nam University must strictly comply with regulations on epidemic prevention.
Fourth, the Training Department postponed all exam schedules and concentrated study schedules for subjects such as soft skills camps, national defense and security subjects, etc. to ask the School Council for permission for students to have an early Tet holiday from February 1, 2021, 1 week earlier than planned.

On Friday, the IT department and lecturers restarted all equipment and lectures so that in the worst case scenario, they could have to study online after Tet.
Seventh, the Finance and Accounting Department prepares plans to support disadvantaged students in epidemic areas.
On Wednesday, the Student Affairs Department prepared a plan to support students returning home for Tet. For students who are unable to return home for Tet or whose families are in quarantine areas, if needed, the school will arrange accommodation and organize Tet for them.
In particular, during the upcoming Lunar New Year 2021, Dai Nam University requests all cadres, lecturers, staff, students and trainees to strictly implement epidemic prevention measures, not to travel to epidemic areas; limit large gatherings; encourage celebrating Tet and enjoying Spring at home.
The Faculty of Pharmacy is actively mixing more hand sanitizer gel to serve the epidemic prevention work in the school and support the community.
Units are responsible for making a list of cadres, lecturers, employees, students and trainees returning to their hometowns in epidemic areas to celebrate Tet in order to monitor and manage them and at the same time deploy safety measures when necessary.
