Dai Nam University topped out the 15-story student hotel: Another milestone in the journey of building, developing and caring for students

On the morning of November 14, on the occasion of its 17th anniversary, Dai Nam University (DNU) held a topping-out ceremony for the 15-storey Student Hotel, marking another important milestone in its journey of construction and development. This event not only affirms the growth of DNU but also demonstrates the school's strong commitment to caring for and serving students, providing the best learning and living conditions.
Student hotel belongs to the Dai Nam University (DNU) Phase II construction project with a total investment of 1,800 billion VND.
With a total floor area of 23,467m2, the student hotel is designed in a modern, optimized way to meet the needs of 2,384 students. In addition to comfortable rooms, the hotel is also fully equipped with amenities such as group study rooms, entertainment areas, gyms, convenience stores, etc. All of these aim to create an ideal living space, where students can not only rest but also study, practice, socialize and connect.
Speaking at the topping out ceremony, Dr. Le Dac Son - Chairman of the University Council shared: "The 15-storey student hotel is one of the key projects of Dai Nam University. We want to bring students a second home, where they feel comfortable, safe and can develop comprehensively. This is also part of the strategy to build a modern, dynamic and friendly learning environment."
Nguyen Thi Minh Anh - K17 student of Business Administration said: "I am very excited to wait for the day to live in the new student hotel. I believe that this will be an ideal space for us to study, play and connect with each other."
The construction of the student hotel is a clear demonstration of Dai Nam University’s concern for student life. The school not only focuses on training knowledge but also cares about creating the best conditions for students to develop comprehensively.
Located on campus, the facility includes comfortable accommodations, study rooms, and common areas, along with amenities such as a gym, recreation area, and cafeteria.
Each room is fully furnished, such as: bed, wardrobe, desk, air conditioner and high-speed internet, providing a comfortable and safe living environment, helping students easily adapt and focus on studying in a standard living space.
Student hotels are not only a place to stay but also provide a modern and convenient living space, helping students optimize their time and energy for studying, researching and developing themselves.
It is expected that the Dai Nam University student hotel will be officially handed over and put into use in July 2025.
