Dai Nam University – The first university opens TOEIC test for students in IIG Organization

On March 17th 2016, Dai Nam University has cooperated with IIG organization to officially set TOEIC as a graduation standard
Since the establishment, Dai Nam University has persistently followed the goal of providing trainings with quality and practice. To realize this goal, the university has strived to improve the quality of lecturers, programs and infrastructure to ensure the competitive advantages of students on three aspects: professional competencies, soft skills and foreign languages. Currently, TOEIC is being used widely in more than 150 countries with over 7 million tests per year. In Vietnam, TOEIC result has been set as a graduation requirement in more than 127 universities, colleges and vocational schools. It has become the language standard for employment in 350 corporations and big companies in Vietnam.
Understanding the importance of TOEIC, on March 17th 2016, Dai Nam University has cooperated with IIG organization to officially set TOEIC as a graduation standard. Students are required to reach at least 450 points in the TOEIC test at IIG. There were 40.5 percent of students have passed the requirement in the test opened by IIG. Especially, there was one student, Tran Tuan Long from the Faculty of Business Administration, has reached the score of 955 points. The result of students of Dai Nam University in the test is a pride and a strong motivation to the efforts of the university.
