In order to promote the sports movement, improve physical fitness among all classes of people; create a healthy and useful playground for athletes and table tennis clubs across the country to compete, exchange and learn from each other, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dai Nam University has just signed a decision to sponsor the Ping Tour 2019 season - Dai Nam University Cup with a total prize of more than 100,000,000 VND.

Sharing with us, Dr. Le Dac Son said: “In addition to teaching, learning, and scientific research activities, Dai Nam University pays special attention to extracurricular sports activities. Through these activities, the University wishes to contribute to promoting the sports movement, raising awareness of training and protecting health among all classes of people, especially the youth - the future owners of the country…”

According to Dr. Le Dac Son, the 2019 Ping Tour season – Dai Nam University Cup is a healthy and useful playground that helps athletes, clubs and table tennis enthusiasts across the country have the opportunity to exchange and learn from each other.

It is known that this is the 4th year Dai Nam University has accompanied the Ping Tour season as the main sponsor of the season.

Mr. Nguyen Duc Hung - Head of the Organizing Committee of Ping Tour 2019 - Dai Nam University Cup said: "After a short time of launching, the Organizing Committee has received registrations from many athletes and clubs across the country. This year, Ping Tour 2019 - Dai Nam University Cup is organized on a larger scale and more systematically from the registration stage to the competition regulations and prize structure. Accordingly, the teams will have the opportunity to compete, exchange, learn and receive valuable prizes..."

Information from the Organizing Committee, the Ping Tour 2019 – Dai Nam University Cup includes a mixed team event for 4 groups (DEF), following the PingTour format of 9 matches (8 singles + 1 double), handicap ball difference. The main target is for amateur athletes, D and E levels, but there will be some expansions and restrictions.

Up to this point, the Ping Tour 2019 season - Dai Nam University Cup has had 24 teams registered to participate from clubs, agencies, and organizations nationwide. Currently, the Organizing Committee is still accepting registrations from teams. Teams registering to participate in the season must fill in all information according to the Organizing Committee's registration form. The deadline for registration is April 8, 2019.

The Ping Tour 2019 Season Awards – Dai Nam University Cup 2019 consists of 2 rounds: Mid-Season Summary and Final Summary. Accordingly, after the First and Second Rounds of the Group Stage, the Organizing Committee will select the teams with the highest scores from top to bottom to advance to the knockout round until the Finals.
