In the solemn and bustling atmosphere of the Opening Ceremony and Gala to Welcome New Students of K13 on the evening of September 26, Dr. Le Dac Son - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dai Nam University warmly welcomed more than 1,500 new students of the 13th course and beat the drum to open the 2019-2020 school year.
In the solemn and bustling atmosphere of the Opening Ceremony and Gala to Welcome New Students of K13 on the evening of September 26, Dr. Le Dac Son - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dai Nam University warmly welcomed more than 1,500 new students of the 13th course and beat the drum to open the 2019-2020 school year.
The Opening Ceremony and Gala for K13 New Students is one of the biggest and most anticipated annual events of Dai Nam University teachers and students.

Attending the Opening Ceremony of the 2019-2020 school year and the Gala to Welcome New Students of K13 were Dr. Le Dac Son - Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Do Quan - Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, the School Board of Directors, all teachers and staff, students of all courses and more than 1,500 new students of course 13.

Speaking at the Ceremony, Dr. Le Dac Son sent his congratulations and warm welcome to the new students of K13 who have settled down to study at Dai Nam University.
“Congratulations to the new students who have qualified to enter university - the foundation, the source, the easy origin to equip themselves with knowledge, prepare their luggage to enter life. Studying at university is completely different from high school, you need to understand that equipping yourself with knowledge at university is equipping your health and long-term working capacity. You need to realize that you are happy and lucky people because not everyone can enter university. Statistics in the US, out of 100 people who do not go to university, only 5 are rich, have enough food and clothing at a fairly good level, the remaining 95 are poor and only have enough food and clothing at an average level . Therefore, you need to seize the opportunity, study hard to become bachelors, engineers, pharmacists with good expertise, good moral qualities to build a good life for yourself, your family and contribute to the prosperous development of the country. …” Dr. Le Dac Son advised.

According to Dr. Le Dac Son, university time is the most important time because this is the time to help students equip themselves with basic and specialized knowledge, form life and work skills to create a lifelong life for themselves. Choosing to study and train at Dai Nam University, students will be trained in professional knowledge, working skills (both hard and soft skills) and practice a strong character to enter life.
“ I believe that Dai Nam University will make you satisfied with your choice not only in the short term but also in the long term…” Dr. Le Dac Son affirmed.

On the eve of the new school year, Nguyen Ngoc Huyen Trang - a new student of K13, Faculty of Pharmacy, representing nearly 1,500 new students of K13, expressed her deep gratitude to the attention of the Board of Directors, Board of Directors, teachers, senior students and affirmed that she will always try her best in studying and training to achieve the best learning and training results.
“We understand that achievements do not fall from the sky and are not given by teachers or the school. Success is largely in our hands. Together, we will make the most of our time and energy for these 4 or 5 years to study, accumulate knowledge, cultivate and practice... We will definitely achieve the goal of getting a degree on time, having enough knowledge to get a good job to take care of our own future as well as not letting down our parents, teachers and school…” new student Nguyen Ngoc Huyen Trang confided.

Besides the Opening Ceremony, Dai Nam teachers and students also had a great time with the Gala night to welcome new students of K13.
Speaking at the opening ceremony of the K13 New Student Welcome Gala, Ms. Cao Thi Hoa - Vice Principal shared: "In life, you will have to go through many different big and small competitions. Today's K13 New Student Welcome Gala Final is just a small competition to help you practice your confidence, solidarity, teamwork... I believe that the competition will be a premise to help you have meaningful and useful experiences and lessons..."

The highlight of the K13 New Student Welcome Gala this year is that in addition to the folk dances and youthful, vibrant flashmobs competing in the LET'S DANCE - SEASON 2 contest, there are musical and dance performances performing 02 traditional songs of the School: STUDY TO CHANGE LIFE and DAI NAM QUOC SU DIEN CA. The performances and contest entries are invested in elaborate staging, attractive, leaving unforgettable impressions on the audience.

Traditional song performance contest: First prize belongs to the Faculty of Foreign Languages ; Second prize belongs to the Faculty of Pharmacy; Third prize belongs to the joint faculty of Business Administration and Tourism; Creativity prize belongs to the Faculty of Law.
