Dai Nam University signs strategic cooperation agreement with Vietnam Business Association in Japan

“Cooperation between training units and enterprises is an inevitable trend in current training activities”. Following previous international training cooperation activities, Dai Nam University recently signed a strategic training cooperation agreement with the Vietnam Business Association in Japan.

With the signed agreement, students of the Japanese Language and Culture Department of Dai Nam University will experience internships at Japanese enterprises while still in school, and will be equipped with working skills suitable for each working environment, closely following actual activities in enterprises.

Attending the signing ceremony, on behalf of Dai Nam University, there was the presence of Dr. Le Dac Son - Chairman of the University Council, Board of Directors, representatives of departments in the school, leaders, staff, lecturers, and students of the Faculty of Japanese Language and Culture.

On the side of the Vietnam Business Association in Japan (VJBA), there was the presence of Mr. Vu Hoang Duc - Chairman of the Association. Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Nguyet - Director of Meigetsu Japan Co., Ltd. - a member enterprise of VJB.

Dr. Le Dac Son - Chairman of the Board of Dai Nam University spoke at the signing ceremony.

In particular, the signing ceremony was witnessed by Mr. Nguyen Duy Anh - representative of the Japanese Language Education Association JLAN in Vietnam, and Principal of GAG Japanese Language Academy.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Dr. Le Dac Son said that this is one of the activities aimed at training application experience, improving training quality, linking training with businesses, especially Japanese businesses. The training cooperation model "training unit - business community" is an ideal environment to help students improve their knowledge, skills, and enhance practical experience.

Also at the signing ceremony, Dr. Le Dac Son had in-depth and frank discussions with the VJBA Association about creating more opportunities for Dai Nam University students in general and students of the Faculty of Japanese Language and Culture in particular to practice and intern in member enterprises of the Association to help students after graduation easily adapt to the working culture of Japanese enterprises.

The two sides signed a strategic training cooperation agreement.

Responding to the wishes of Dr. Le Dac Son, Mr. Vu Hoang Duc - Chairman of VJBA Association affirmed: "Immediately after the signing ceremony, we will deploy, expand and introduce this plan to member enterprises of the Association to have a plan to select students of the Faculty of Japanese Language and Culture to study, intern and work in Japan."

As a recruiter, Mr. Vu Hoang Duc advised students: "Please choose and orient yourself in the right field and career that you are pursuing, always try to improve your Japanese so that you can best grasp the opportunities when you come to Japan to study, work and develop your future in Japan."

This strategic cooperation will help students get the necessary information to prepare knowledge, skills and be proactive in the learning process. Realizing the role of each internship at the enterprise, students create the right attitude when doing internships, strive to practice, accumulate experience to serve future development.
