Through volunteer activities, the University hopes to help students love their fellow human beings, live responsibly towards the community and country; and know how to share food and clothes with those less fortunate than themselves…” That is the sharing of Ms. Cao Thi Hoa - Vice Principal of Dai Nam University, Head of the Organizing Committee of the 8th “Bread of Love” program.

The "Banh Nghia Tinh" program of Dai Nam University has entered its 8th year, mobilizing thousands of staff, lecturers and students to participate in donating and implementing. The program has raised more than 1 billion VND, personally wrapping more than 10,000 cakes to bring Tet to tens of thousands of less fortunate people in society.
As scheduled, on the morning of January 16, teachers and students of Dai Nam University eagerly prepared for the program "Banh Banh Nghia Tinh" season 8.
Ms. Cao Thi Hoa emphasized: “Having good expertise, having a good degree but without personality, not only does not make society better but can make society worse. Therefore, educating personality for the current young generation is very necessary…”

This year, DNU teachers and students will personally wrap more than 1,000 cakes to give to the less fortunate in life.
This year, the Dai Nam University Love Cake will be presented at addresses such as: Tan Trieu K Hospital Pediatrics Department; Hanoi Center for Disabled Children; Thuan Thanh War Invalids Camp - Bac Ninh; Social Protection Centers in Hanoi; homeless people and the poor in Hanoi; Sung Do Kindergarten (Van Chan District, Yen Bai Province); Association of the Blind in two districts in Hanoi and many other difficult circumstances across the country...
Dai Nam University students excitedly lit a fire to cook banh chung in the show Tam banh nghia tinh season 8.
The 2019 Love Cake Program is organized within the framework of a cake wrapping competition between faculties in the school. In addition, the traditional Tet atmosphere will be vividly recreated through attractive sideline activities, such as: Decorating and making reunion meals; Calligraphy; Wishing Tree; folk games... especially the 2019 Spring Greeting Gala program.

The cakes of love were wrapped and cooked by Dai Nam teachers and students.

Participating in the program "Tam banh nghia tinh" for the first time, Kim Nhung - a student of K12, Faculty of Public Relations and Communications said: "This is the first time I have wrapped a banh chung by myself. The program is not only fun and meaningful, but also gives us a great lesson about empathy, love and knowing how to share with those less fortunate than ourselves..."

MSc. Duong Minh Tu - lecturer of the Faculty of Business Administration shared: " Studying and scientific research activities in the classroom help students improve their knowledge and professional skills. Volunteer activities help students experience and perfect their personality. The meaningful cake is one of those volunteer activities... It is a lesson about cherishing what you have; giving to receive; empathy to love more; sharing..."

The heart deeply represents the spirit of mutual love and support of DNU teachers and students.
On January 16, Dai Nam University presented more than 100 cakes and donations to pediatric cancer patients at the Pediatrics Department of Tan Trieu K Hospital. In addition to 100 gifts, teachers and students of Dai Nam University also supported 10 million VND for 10 patients with especially difficult circumstances to return home for Tet.
