Lecturer of Faculty of Pharmacy - Dai Nam University mixes hand sanitizer gel to prevent and fight Covid-19 epidemic.
It is expected that on the morning of March 2, all students in Hanoi will return to school after nearly 4 weeks off due to the acute respiratory infection caused by the new strain of Corona virus.
Sharing with us, Ms. Cao Thi Hoa - Vice Principal of Dai Nam University said: In addition to disseminating measures to prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic according to the recommendations of the Ministry of Health to each cadre, lecturer, staff and student in the school; actively cleaning and disinfecting the entire working and studying space at both campuses according to regulations; Dai Nam University urgently mixed hundreds of liters of hand sanitizer gel to serve cadres, lecturers, staff and students at the school and distributed to the people.
After successful testing, Dai Nam School started mixing hundreds of liters of hand sanitizer gel.
“The school mixed its own standard hand sanitizer gel first to serve and protect its own health, then to join hands with the community to fight the epidemic…” Ms. Cao Thi Hoa shared.
Accordingly, more than 500 cadres, lecturers, staff and nearly 10,000 students studying at Dai Nam University will be able to use disinfectant solutions to prevent and fight the Covid-19 epidemic for free at both campuses of the school. In addition, the school plans to distribute them for free to places in need, first of all, the two wards of Phu Lam and Phu Luong (Ha Dong - Hanoi), Thanh Xuan Trung (Thanh Xuan - Hanoi) and people in the areas near the epidemic center such as: Me Linh, Yen Lac (Vinh Phuc).
The product strictly complies with WHO recommendations, is absolutely safe and effective.
Sharing with us, pharmacist Nguyen Van Hieu - Deputy Head of Administration Department, Dai Nam University added: " Pure alcohol and bottles to dispense hand sanitizer gel are currently very scarce on the market. The school has proactively taken all possible measures to ensure a large supply of hand sanitizer gel for use at the school and to give to people. The school encourages staff, lecturers, employees, and students to bring plastic bottles to get hand sanitizer gel..."
It is expected that Dai Nam University will give away about 500 bottles of hand sanitizer gel (500ml/bottle) to staff, lecturers, employees and students for use at the school, and at the same time donate hundreds of liters of hand sanitizer gel to places in need.
