Dai Nam University organizes the contest "KING & QUEEN AT DNU XMAS 2023" with a total prize of nearly 20 million VND

Specifically:

I. Time and form of organization

1. Time:

a, Round 1: Photo contest

- Photo submission deadline: Until December 11, 2023

- Voting period: Until December 16, 2023

- Online photo contest on Dai Nam University Fanpage

- The Organizing Committee will select 10 couples with the best number of votes to participate in round 2.

b, Round 2: Stage performance

- December 21, 2023 at the Christmas Gala organized by the English Language Department

- Contest format: Performance on stage.

II. Contestants

Each faculty selects 01 couple (01 male and 01 female) based on the following criteria:

- Be a full-time student studying at the faculty you represent in the competition;

- Bright face, good looking;

- Priority is given to couples who are confident in their stage performance abilities.

III. CONTEST TOPICS AND METHODS

1. Topic

- Couples choose their best photo to enter the contest.

- Contestants are encouraged to wear King & Queen themed costumes and accessories.

- Encourage photos taken at Dai Nam University

IV. RULES

1) Round 1: Photo contest

a) Requirements

- Contest entries include 01 photo of the couple, clear face and expression.

- Image clearly shows the content to be conveyed

- Photos can be taken from cameras, mobile phones.

- Contest photos must be in digital format, image files must be in jpg, png format; image size must be larger than 2MB. Standard HD resolution

- Each photo cannot be a combination of multiple photos.

- Contest photos must be appropriate to Vietnamese customs and culture; and must not violate Vietnamese law. Products with inappropriate content and quality will be eliminated from the first round.

- The Organizing Committee is not responsible in case the contestant's entry is deleted by Facebook due to violating community standards.

- Dai Nam University is allowed to use the entries for promotional purposes and brand development without asking for permission or paying any fees.

- The decision of the Organizing Committee is final.

b) Scoring rules

- The Organizing Committee compiles and selects the entries and posts them on the fanpage "Dai Nam University"

c) How to calculate points

BTC uses the number of entries reached by Facebook as the basis for scoring the contest.

Form of increased access:

Step 1: Like Dai Nam University fanpage.

Step 2: Like and share your favorite contest entry to increase the reach of the article.

d) Other regulations

- Article reach parameters are calculated according to parameters provided by Facebook and only count data on Dai Nam University Fanpage.

- Contestants participating in the contest are considered to have agreed to all rules and regulations and agreed to all decisions of the Organizing Committee.

2) Round 2: Performance Competition

a) Requirements:

- Couples perform their best costumes in the spirit of King & Queen on the show's stage

- Each couple has a maximum of 60 seconds to perform on stage.

- The judges will score based on each couple's performance.

b) Score scale

V. PRIZE STRUCTURE

- 01 First Prize: 3,000,000 VND/prize

- 02 Second Prizes: 2,000,000 VND/prize

- 03 Third Prizes: 1,500,000 VND/prize

- 04 Consolation Prizes: 1,000,000 VND/prize
