Dai Nam University officially becomes the HSA assessment test site of Hanoi National University from 2025

The cooperation between Dai Nam University and the Testing Center of Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU) will create favorable conditions for candidates in Hanoi and neighboring provinces to participate in the High School Student Assessment (HSA) exam; contributing to ensuring transparency and objectivity in assessing students' abilities.

In recent years, many universities across the country have used the results of the HAS assessment test to select candidates for admission.

With the signed cooperation agreement, Dai Nam University and VNU Examination Center will cooperate in the following aspects:

- Coordinate the organization of high school student capacity assessment exams of VNU at the exam location of Dai Nam University (No. 1, Pho Xom, Phu Lam, Ha Dong, Hanoi).

- Use technical infrastructure, equipment and facilities of the parties in accordance with the purpose of organizing computer-based competency assessment exams.

- Exploiting HSA assessment test data for university admission purposes, sharing academic performance data of admitted candidates to analyze learners' abilities.

- Coordinate the implementation of communication work to serve the organization of exams and promote university admissions of the parties.

- Support candidates to use HSA exam results to apply for university admission.

- Coordinate the implementation of research and technology transfer activities related to testing and competency assessment; provide science and technology services in the field of testing, develop testing toolkits; organize professional training courses, transfer technology and grant certificates on testing and competency assessment when needed.

The signing of this memorandum of understanding not only helps develop the relationship between Dai Nam University and the VNU Examination Center, but also contributes to the success of the 2025 admission season and the following years; at the same time, promoting the development of higher education in Vietnam.
