With the goal of helping Pharmacy students improve their knowledge, grasp career development trends, demonstrate their understanding, and have more opportunities to approach businesses to expand their career orientation and job opportunities, Dai Nam University organizes the Pharmacist 4.0 competition with the theme Opportunities and Challenges.

The 4.0 industrial revolution is strongly affecting all professions in society, including the pharmaceutical industry. The 4.0 revolution brings many development opportunities for the pharmaceutical industry, but also puts the pharmaceutical industry and pharmacists in front of many great challenges. Pharmacists in the 4.0 era must not only be good at their profession, proficient in foreign languages, information technology, good soft skills, and have a clear professional ethics, but must also constantly learn and update their knowledge so as not to fall behind the times.

Pharmacist 4.0 Competition is an intellectual playground for Pharmacy students at Dai Nam University.

“Pharmacist 4.0” is a contest on knowledge and skills of Pharmacy students - Dai Nam University in the era of industrial revolution 4.0. The contest is organized on a large scale and professionally with the goal of demonstrating the spirit of DNU Pharmacy students in the era of industrial revolution 4.0: Knowledge - Creativity - Dynamism - Application.

Sharing about the purpose of organizing the contest, Mr. Nguyen The Tin - Director of the Center for Continuing Education in Pharmacy, Dai Nam University said: "The 4.0 Pharmacist Contest is an intellectual playground for Pharmacy students, helping students to improve their knowledge, grasp the development trends of the profession in the new era, demonstrate their understanding and have the opportunity to approach more businesses to expand their career orientation as well as good job opportunities..."

According to Mr. Nguyen The Tin, participating in the Pharmacist 4.0 contest, candidates will experience many useful and attractive competitions as well as have the opportunity to receive valuable prizes. In particular, the contest has the participation of representatives of businesses, pharmaceutical companies, and major brands. This is a great opportunity for Pharmacy students to meet and discuss with leading experts in the field of Pharmacy to have their professional questions answered, have more career orientation and job opportunities.

The contest is expected to take place on March 16, 2019 at the Great Hall, Dai Nam University - Phu Lam Campus - Ha Dong - Hanoi.

From now on, Pharmacy students of Dai Nam University can register to participate in the competition directly at the Pharmacy Continuing Education Center (56 Vu Trong Phung - Thanh Xuan - Hanoi) or register with the homeroom teacher. The registration deadline is December 31, 2018.
