Dai Nam University is the only university in the North that Vsource Study Abroad Consulting Center - India trusts to sign a cooperation agreement to train in Medicine.

On December 28, 2022, Dai Nam University signed a cooperation agreement with Vsource Study Abroad Consulting Center from India. According to the agreement between the two parties, from the 2023-2024 school year, Dai Nam University will begin to receive and train Indian international students in the field of General Medicine.

Attending the signing ceremony, on behalf of Dai Nam University, there were: Dr. Le Dac Son - Chairman of the University Council; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Van Hong - Principal; Ms. Cao Thi Hoa - Vice Principal; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hoang Duc Hanh - Head of the Faculty of Medicine; and leaders of Departments and Offices.

On behalf of Vsource India Study Abroad Consulting Center, there is: Mr. Mohammed Gulam Mustafa Pasha - Executive Director.

Speaking at the ceremony, Dr. Le Dac Son said: Internationalization of higher education is the policy of Dai Nam University. In the past, the University has signed training cooperation agreements with many international universities and academies, such as: Minnesota University (USA), Nigerian Foreign Trade Academy, Poland - Japan Information Technology Academy, etc.

“One of our strategic goals is to gradually internationalize the training programs of Dai Nam University. The signing ceremony of the cooperation agreement with Vsource Study Abroad Consulting Center is one of the proofs of the development strategy of the University…”, Dr. Le Dac Son said.

Dr. Le Dac Son pledged to create all conditions for Indian students to study at Dai Nam University.

Mr. Mohammed Gulam Mustafa Pasha said that during his research, he was impressed with the dynamic and modern learning environment and the educational philosophy of “Learning to Change” of Dai Nam University. Mr. Mohammed believes that this will be an ideal learning environment for Indian students in the future.

“Dai Nam University is the only university in the North that Vsource Study Abroad Consulting Center has signed a training cooperation agreement with. I believe that the General Medicine training program of Dai Nam University will open up many development opportunities for Indian students,” Mr. Mohammed shared.

Mr. Mohammed Gulam Mustafa Pasha affirmed: Dai Nam University's education internationalization strategy will create a big step forward in higher education in Vietnam.

According to the signed cooperation agreement, Dai Nam University will accept Indian students to study General Medicine, with a training period of 06 years. After completing the study program, students will be awarded a Doctor of General Medicine degree by Dai Nam University. Teaching for Indian students is entirely in English by lecturers from Vietnam, India, and the United States.

At the ceremony, Dr. Le Dac Son affirmed: “Dai Nam University is qualified to welcome Indian students to study; the school is capable of receiving 200-300 Indian students/year to study.”

The signing ceremony of the cooperation agreement will open up many development opportunities for both sides.

The signing ceremony is an important first step in the internationalization roadmap of the General Medicine sector of Dai Nam University; gradually improving the position of the University in the rankings of leading universities in Vietnam in the field of Health; contributing to promoting the cooperative relations between Vietnam and other countries.
