5-star cruise - The opening song for a dreamy journey

The journey did not start from a familiar office or hall, but started in the middle of the waves of Ha Long Bay - where the Dai Nam University family together temporarily put aside work, put aside all positions, to live fully with themselves and their beloved colleagues. On a 5-star cruise, in the middle of the vast sea and sky, all distances seemed to be erased. As Mr. Truong Duc Thao sincerely shared: "There are no more boundaries between departments or work positions - everyone is like brothers in one family."

Team building - The fiery orange climax

Amidst the bright yellow sunshine, the long stretch of white sand and the resounding laughter, the “orange warriors” of Dai Nam University let loose, forgetting their usual roles as “bosses” and “teachers” – leaving only their passion, teamwork and determination to win. Even though it was just a small game, it was enough to make someone… “slightly angry”, then burst out laughing because of an unexpected “turnaround”.

Gala Dinner - Sweet ending in the emotional symphony

If team building is the exciting climax, then Gala Dinner is the gentle and sublime ending, where emotions are echoed in every light, every round of applause and every bright smile. The gala night "Colors of Dai Nam reaching out to the ocean" is not just a stage - but a place where each unit shows its own identity: confident - creative - graceful - explosive.

From humorous acts to fiery performances, all show the spirit of "burning" themselves out for the collective, for the common joy. No one stands on stage for achievements - but because they want to live fully 3 minutes of youth in an unforgettable night.

“I never thought my department could be so creative!” – Mr. Tran Quang Huy, Head of the Nursing Department, proudly shared after his team made a spectacular turn and “stormed” the entire auditorium with a performance that far exceeded expectations.

One family - no distance, only love

Whether you are a lecturer, specialist, or head or deputy head of a department, office, institute, or center; whether you are a dedicated security guard or a silent cleaner... when you join Dai Nam University, you are never an outsider. Here, everyone is respected, listened to, and loved - like members of a common home, where "no one is left behind".
