However, for Dai Nam University, since its establishment, each year has been a milestone highlighted by the innovative and creative thinking of the leadership and the tireless efforts of the school's faculty, staff and employees.

1. About the training program:
Dai Nam University affirms that the school trains in an application-oriented manner, learning to work. The school has revised the system of training programs in line with the needs of employers with 3 pillars: Professional skills, life skills and English. Seminars with employers and businesses about training programs in recent years have made the training programs more lively.
This has created a miracle in which many students of all training majors have found jobs while still in school, and most of the students who have graduated in recent years have found jobs with good incomes.
The school has also opened many new majors, the opening of major codes is considered by the school based on social needs and quality assurance conditions. Therefore, the newly opened major codes, especially major codes in health sciences such as University Pharmacy, Bachelor of Nursing and postgraduate training codes in Finance and Banking, Economic Management have won the trust and sympathy of the people and society.
2. About the teaching staff:
The school has taken care to build a team of lecturers, staff and employees in terms of both quantity and quality. After 10 years of construction, the school's teaching staff consists of 304 people, including 3 Professors, 27 Associate Professors, 55 Doctors, 128 Masters, 91 Bachelors. The number of lecturers is allocated reasonably according to the enrollment scale to ensure teaching 100% of the program.
The school cares about the young teaching staff on the basis of both increasing the number and creating learning conditions to continuously improve their qualifications, considering this a mandatory requirement for each lecturer.
Since the 2016-2017 school year, most of the school's lecturers have registered and taught using active teaching methods, considering the use of active teaching methods under the credit system as a breakthrough to improve training quality. Using this method requires teachers and learners to connect with practice and businesses, which has been mentioned a lot by schools and the media, but doing it is not simple.
Thanks to the use of active teaching methods, all faculties and training majors have made great efforts to build close relationships with businesses and employers.
Teachers' salaries have been changed based on the integration of the assessment of the training scientific council, the assessment of learners and their learning results. This is a creative step forward in salary, increasing responsibility, connecting teachers with learners and teaching and learning results.
Although it is in the testing phase and will be gradually improved, the salary coefficient linked to teaching results has created an academic atmosphere, a sense of responsibility and trust among teachers. This innovation is not overnight but is a 10-year process of construction. Hopefully, with the motivation to improve teaching quality and increase income, Dai Nam University will truly be a common home according to the school's principles and purposes.
3. Regarding scientific research activities:
Since its inception, scientific research activities have always been valued by the school and linked to training activities. Research topics at the ministerial, school and faculty levels of lecturers and students, and seminars are all linked to the training majors, linked to the vibrant life that attracts the attention of society and the media.
As one of the newly established private universities, but “young but not immature”, Dai Nam University has successfully organized an international scientific conference with the participation of 14 countries around the world including: USA, Japan, Belgium, India, Philippines, Thailand, France, Sri Lanka, Israel, Cyprus, Taiwan, Malaysia, Turkey… and Vietnam.
Many articles by staff and lecturers have been published in international and domestic journals. The 2016 ministerial-level scientific research topic “Evaluation of factors affecting the implementation results of the POHE model” was accepted by the Ministry of Education and Training and the research results were highly appreciated.
In the work of compiling textbooks and learning materials, the school has paid much attention to facilitate the innovation of teaching methods and to be suitable for the training process according to the credit system. In 10 years of development, the school has compiled and printed 36 documents and textbooks with the colors of Dai Nam University in an applied orientation, practical for the teaching and learning of lecturers and students.
4. Regarding management work:
In addition to specialized faculties, the school has established a full range of functional departments in a streamlined, streamlined manner that is suitable for the model of a multi-disciplinary, multi-level, multi-training university.
Decentralization of management through the determination of tasks and relationships between faculties and functional departments ensures both the promotion of initiative and creativity and transparency in inspection and supervision. The school has built a set of management procedures for all activities based on the application of modern technology, ensuring strict, transparent and timely management according to the requirements of the school and the Ministry of Education and Training. This process is continuously supplemented and improved every year.
