Dai Nam University held the Opening Ceremony of the second course of the Doctoral training program in Economic Management.

“Doctoral training is a level of education that requires PhD students to make many times more effort in studying and researching to acquire in-depth knowledge, linked to reality. The school hopes that PhD students in the Economics sector will achieve many results of scientific and practical significance, impacting economic growth and helping the Vietnamese economy develop. Dai Nam University is committed to providing maximum support for PhD students to complete their study program in the most effective and quality way.”

That was the affirmation of Mr. Le Dac Son - Chairman of the Board of Dai Nam University at the Opening Ceremony of the second course of the Doctoral training program in Economic Management.

At the Opening Ceremony, Mr. Le Dac Son especially directed the instructors to wholeheartedly support the PhD students in their studies and thesis writing. He expected the instructors and PhD students to become companions, to stick together for a long time, to learn and support each other to develop; and to contribute more to the cause of building a strong country.

Mr. Le Dac Son hopes that the PhD students will study wholeheartedly and wholeheartedly to become talented and effective people.

Also sharing at the Opening Ceremony, Mr. Pham Van Hong - Principal of Dai Nam University said: The educational philosophy of the University is "quality and transparency". This is the guiding principle throughout all levels of training of Dai Nam University, from bachelor to doctorate. The greatest wish of the University is to train talented, virtuous and useful people for society.

“I hope that the second-year PhD students will be dedicated and devoted to gaining knowledge for themselves; sticking to the goal of “learning to do” and not just learning to become mere theorists and researchers,” he shared.

Mr. Pham Van Hong discussed the regulations and training program for PhD students in 3 years at Dai Nam University.

At the program, Ms. Le Thi Thanh Huong - Vice Principal announced the Decision to recognize candidates admitted to the PhD program in Economic Management in 2023.

The new PhD students also expressed their determination to continuously improve their capacity and find effective learning methods to achieve the best learning results.

“I and all the PhD students promise to study seriously, participate fully in professional activities, and be determined to complete the study program on time and carry out theses of high practical value. I also hope that Dai Nam University will not only be a school but also become a common home where teachers and generations of students can exchange, study, maintain good relationships, and be attached for a long time in the future,” said Ms. Trinh Quynh Le.
