The scholarship fund was established to encourage and honor students with high academic achievements and students who have overcome difficulties to study well. The scholarship program worth billions of dong carries Dai Nam University's great hope for the development and success of students; because the school not only helps students financially but also encourages them with the desire to motivate them to pursue their passion for learning and develop according to the school's training motto: Training closely linked to the practical requirements of society in terms of knowledge, professional skills, soft skills, life skills and English.

Discussing this issue, Dr. Luong Cao Dong - Principal of the school shared: “Over the past years, Dai Nam University has implemented many educational support activities, including focusing on scholarships to help hundreds of students strive to study and many students with difficult circumstances overcome difficulties to study well. Scholarship fund contributes to human resource development, contributing to the advancement of society.
Accordingly, the scholarship levels of Dai Nam University for students are as follows:
Article 1: Scholarships are awarded to students with high university entrance exam scores, called "Talent Encouragement Scholarships", applied to full-time 12th grade students at the following levels:
1.1. Grant 100% of first semester tuition when:

Students admitted with National High School Exam scores: 24 points or higher
Admitted students have a total score of 27 points or higher
1.2. Grant 50% of the first semester deputy grade when:
Admitted students have a total score of 27 points or higher

Students admitted with National High School Exam scores: 21 points or higher
Admitted students have a total score of 25 points or higher
Article 2: From the second semester of the training course, based on the training and learning results of students in the previous semester, the School will continue to consider granting scholarships to students who have achieved "Encouraging Talent Scholarship" according to the following conditions:
2.1. If a student achieves a semester average score of 8.0 or higher, he/she will be awarded a "Rewarding Scholarship" at the same level as the first semester of the 2018-2019 school year.
2.2. If a student has a semester average score lower than 8.0, from that semester to the following semesters, the student will be considered for the School's annual scholarship.
2.3. Students who simultaneously meet the conditions and standards for different scholarship levels will only receive the scholarship with the highest value.
It is known that in the 2018-2019 school year, Dai Nam University enrolls 13 undergraduate majors, with a total enrollment target of 1,530 full-time students. The school enrolls students in 2 ways:
- Admission method 1: Admission of high school graduates based on the results of the national high school exam. Admission score for all combinations in all majors is from 13 points ( Total of three subjects according to the admission combination, including priority points according to region and subject according to regulations ).
- Admission method 2: Admission of high school graduates based on high school academic results with the following conditions:
- Total score of three subjects according to the admission combination of grade 12 is 18.0 points or higher and grade 12 conduct is ranked Good or higher.
Admitted students have a total score of 25 points or higher

With tuition fees much lower than public universities, it can be seen that the school has invested heavily in new students with good learning ability.
