Dai Nam University established the Faculty of Soft Skills Training and Development

Dr. Le Dac Son - Chairman of the Board of Dai Nam University has just signed a decision on the establishment of the Faculty of Soft Skills Training and Development (formerly the Department of Soft Skills) from May 19, 2021.
In addition to professional knowledge, foreign languages, and IT, Dai Nam University especially focuses on training soft skills and standard attitudes for students, aiming to help students graduate with a good life and become good citizens. Dai Nam University is also one of the first universities in the North to introduce soft skills as a core subject with a systematic and professional training program.
To meet the development requirements in the new stage of the school; to achieve the goal of training and developing comprehensive human resources; to meet the increasing recruitment needs of society, Dr. Le Dac Son - Chairman of the Board of Dai Nam University signed the decision to establish the Faculty of Soft Skills Training and Development (formerly the Department of Soft Skills) from May 19, 2021.

Sharing about the policy of establishing the Faculty of Soft Skills Training and Development, Dr. Le Dac Son said: “Strengthening soft skills training is an inevitable requirement in the development of Dai Nam University, especially to create a difference in university training in Vietnam today. With the establishment of the Faculty of Soft Skills Training and Development, Dai Nam students and trainees will learn soft skills throughout the entire course with specific topics and skill groups through the subjects KNM1, KNM1, KNM3, KNM4. The goal of Soft Skills training is unified and consistent throughout the entire school according to the perspective of training - experience - overcoming challenges - changing oneself..."
With the establishment of the Soft Skills Training and Development Department, Dai Nam students and trainees will learn soft skills throughout the course with specific topics and skill groups through the modules KNM1, KNM1, KNM3, KNM4.
The Soft Skills Training and Development Department operates according to the principle of a training and scientific research unit related to soft skills; is responsible to the Chairman of the School Council and the Board of Directors for assigned work; has the function of providing training services to learners inside and outside the school; synthesizes, checks, supervises, is responsible for and submits to the Principal to issue Soft Skills Certificates to learners.
