Sharing about the reasons for building and training to spread the core cultural values of the School, Dr. Le Dac Son - Chairman of the School Council said: "The project is implemented with the aim of clearly forming and positioning the cultural identity of Dai Nam Uni, building goals and values to meet the development requirements in the new stage of the School. Through training activities, the key leadership team understands and has the orientation to innovate thinking and actions in work and life situations towards the goal of breakthrough, becoming a core team with the School to spread core cultural values; the team of teachers and employees remember, understand, believe and are motivated, regularly behave according to Dai Nam cultural values in work and life... The goals of the project will help Dai Nam University build a happy working environment for all staff, lecturers and employees. Besides, this is also the foundation for the School to continue to improve the quality of services for students".

The Chairman jokingly compared the cultural training course of DNU: We must not only know how to listen to songs but also know how to sing and perform...

He further emphasized: “Building a cultural framework is the first step. Training and spreading the new mindset to the team is the core goal. Cultural principles will become the compass for the process of realizing vision and strategy and become a bridge for modern management tools to be effective at DNU…”

The key leadership team is the core force that helps the School spread core cultural values.

Reality shows that only when cultural values, beliefs, and aspirations are agreed upon, can working styles be unified, identity be created, brand positioning (individual, collective), talent be attracted and retained, and modern management tools be applied...

“If we do a good job of building unique cultural values, effectively spreading the school’s culture, maintaining and developing that cultural foundation over time, it will create historical legacies. The Dai Nam University Cultural Development Project was nurtured by the University Council and a large budget was allocated for its implementation.

Phase 1 focuses on building a cultural framework, training and spreading implementation (from November 1, 2023 - October 30, 2024) with the following contents: Training to transform key leaders; surveying Dai Nam Uni culture; selecting Dai Nam Uni's cultural identity; Training to spread culture for all cadres, lecturers, and employees...

Phase 2 (from the 2nd year onwards) focuses on consolidating, perfecting, disseminating, evaluating... continuing to disseminate training for new staff, lecturers and employees.

Accompanying and directly training to spread Dai Nam Uni's cultural values is Mr. Pham Van Binh - Head of Human Resource Development Training Department, Head of Leadership Transformation Department of Golden Gate Group (20,000 people), a good expert with 15 years of experience in training and implementing cultural transformation for businesses.
