Attending the ceremony were Dr. Le Dac Son - Chairman of the Board of Directors; School Board of Directors; leaders of the Center for Continuing Education in Pharmacy; staff, lecturers of departments, faculties and nearly 200 students receiving the Bachelor of Pharmacy degree in 2018.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Dr. Le Dac Son congratulated and thanked the new pharmacists for choosing Dai Nam University as a place to study, cultivate, and realize their dreams and ambitions. In particular, Dr. Le Dac Son praised the learning spirit of the new pharmacists, who, while studying and working, always strive to complete well and exceed the requirements of the school's training program.
With heartfelt words, the head of the school shared: “ After today, the new pharmacists of Dai Nam University have officially joined the ranks of the country’s most elite intellectuals. As the head of the school, I hope and wish that you will always try and make an effort to express yourself to receive the appreciation and respect of society…”
The School Board of Directors and Management awarded certificates of merit to students with excellent achievements in the course.
Dr. Le Dac Son emphasized that in order to work well and succeed in today's ever-evolving, fiercely competitive society, new university pharmacists must constantly study and improve their knowledge. "You should never think that receiving your university pharmacy degree today is the end of your learning process. If you do not make an effort to study and improve your knowledge continuously, you will certainly be eliminated...", Dr. Le Dac Son said.
According to Dr. Le Dac Son, among the specific professions, Pharmacy is one of the most specific. Pharmacists must not only be good at their profession but also do their job with integrity. “In the process of doing your job, you should put integrity first, think about the interests of the people, especially the sick and the poor. Absolutely do not sell fake drugs, do not store fake drugs, and do not let the poor suffer more misfortunes. Pharmacists need to do everything they can so that everyone can be treated with real, good drugs…”, Dr. Le Dac Son emphasized.

In the future, the new university pharmacists receiving their degrees today will hold senior management and leadership positions. The President of the University hopes that in their work positions, the new pharmacists will think about their community responsibilities and absolutely avoid anything that harms the people and the country.
