In order to achieve the goal of connecting and supporting 100% of students in their post-graduation employment, Dai Nam University has established the Career & Entrepreneurship Center (CEC). DNU aims to strengthen partnerships and collaborations  with businesses to create job opportunities for students. One of the notable collaborations in pursuit of this goal is with Youth Plus Education Technology Joint Stock Company (Youth+).

The cooperation agreement between Dai Nam University (DNU) and Youth Plus Education Technology Joint Stock Company (Youth+) signed on April 27 has further promoted the training of skills, career orientation, and brings attractive job opportunities to students during their academic journey.

Dai Nam University signed a cooperation agreement with the Youth Plus Education Technology Joint Stock Company

Specifically, through the signed agreement, Youth+ will accompany Dai Nam University in organizing free supplementary training courses for students. These courses cover a range of vital skills, including: self-awareness, office skills, CV writing, simulated interview techniques, time management, email writing, planning and adaptability in the workplace, etc.,

These skills are crucial for students to conquer employers; quickly adapt, integrate, and thrive in their careers upon graduation. Yet, many university students are unaware of the importance of the above skills, leaving them well-versed but lacking fundamental skills.

In collaboration with Dai Nam University's drive, Youth+ joins hands to support organizing students' Job Fair Day, Entrepreneurship competitions, and connecting students with prestigious domestic and international organizations and businesses, etc.,

Ms. Cao Thi Hoa, Vice President, highly appreciated and believed that this collaboration would fulfill the dream

Ms. Cao Thi Hoa, Vice President, highly appreciated and believed that this collaboration would bring development values to both parties, especially in terms of social benefits when both sides are in harmony with the mission, vision, and development goals.

"Training and networking with businesses to ensure students’ high quality outcomes is the topmost priority of Dai Nam University. Additionally, the University also places great emphasis on teaching knowledge and skills to ensure that graduates meet the standards of recruiters about knowledge, skills, and attitudes as DNU’s educational philosophy “pursue what is best for students”. Our goal is to achieve 100% DNU graduates getting hired relating to their fields of study. Collaborating with Youth+ would strengthen the quality outcomes…" Ms. Cao Thi Hoa stated.

Mr. Nguyen Van Linh expresses his aspiration for Youth+ to become a strategic partner of Dai Nam University

Mr. Nguyen Van Linh - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Youth+, shared that: "Youth+'s operational philosophy revolves around sharing values. Consequently, we desire to establish a long-term partnership with Dai Nam University and become a strategic partner in student education. Youth+ is willing to accompany the University in projects that facilitate student-business connections to provide students with employment opportunities while they are on campus."
