Dai Nam University accelerates job connections to realize the commitment of 100% of students having jobs before graduation

Not stopping at slogans, Dai Nam University is gradually realizing the commitment that 100% of students receive career support before graduation through a series of practical, synchronous and strategic activities. A job is not a promise - but a well-prepared journey, from the first year!

More than 1,900 job positions in just one school year

In the 2024-2025 academic year, Dai Nam University successfully connected 1,926 recruitment positions through large-scale and professional career activities , such as:

Ha Dong job fair (in coordination with Ha Dong District People's Committee):

- 68 participating businesses.

- 1,276 job vacancies

- Nearly 3,000 students attended

- 514 students were connected with jobs at the event

DNU Job Fair – Phase 2:

- 48 businesses – 700 job vacancies

- Nearly 1,000 students participated

- 390 students were directly connected to jobs

Highlight: Talkshow "From the lecture hall to the career path" helps final year students understand the actual recruitment needs of businesses.

Ms. Pham Thi Dung – Director of the Student Employment & Entrepreneurship Center shared: “We do not organize for the sake of it. All activities come from actual surveys – from the real needs of students and businesses. The goal is to have a job that is in the right field, suitable for your ability and has development potential.”

Promoting Entrepreneurship – Expanding Career Choices

Not only stopping at traditional jobs, the School also invests heavily in startups:

Social Innovation Launch (SiL) 2024 – Creative startup competition attracts:

- 341 national applications from 63 universities and colleges

- 100 Dai Nam students participated

- 3 excellent projects were incubated and implemented

- More than 1,100 students are supported to do internships at partner businesses.

Internships are an important stepping stone to help students prepare for the job market.

Last school year, the School supported 1,126 students from the following faculties: Information Technology, Business Administration and Marketing, Communications, Logistics and International Business, English Language... to connect with internships at prestigious businesses, accumulating practical experience and application skills.

Through electronic invitations, seminars, and career exchange talk shows, DNU alumni become the ones to inspire and guide current students to approach the reality of the industry, recruitment opportunities, and future orientation.

Ms. Cao Thi Hoa - Vice President of the School Board emphasized: "Job is not something to worry about at the end of the year. Right from the first year, Dai Nam students are given career orientation, skills training, foreign languages, and a clear personal development roadmap."
