Tran Tuan Long, a 4th year student at the Faculty of Business Administration, Dai Nam University, has excellently passed the TOEIC international output standard exam organized by IIG in Vietnam with a score of 955.

During the nearly 10 years of building and developing the school, Dai Nam University has persistently pursued the goal: Quality training and close connection with reality. In order to realize the above goal over the years, the school has always focused on investing in facilities and teaching staff to equip students with three main competitive advantages: professional competence, soft skills and foreign languages. The output standards of students have clearly stated that in addition to having professional competence and good skills to meet the increasingly high demands of the job, students need to achieve a minimum of 450 TOEIC points according to international standards organized by IIG Vietnam. TOEIC is currently widely used in more than 150 countries around the world with more than 7 million tests/year and is the most prestigious test used by more than 14,000 organizations to assess English proficiency in the international working environment. In Vietnam, TOEIC has been used as an output standard at more than 127 universities , colleges, vocational school systems and as a recruitment and evaluation standard at more than 350 corporations, general companies and large enterprises nationwide.

Regularly organize seminars and extracurricular activities on foreign languages for students.

On March 17, 2016, Dai Nam University, after many years of persistently pursuing the goal of English training for students from the first course, officially applied the minimum foreign language output standard of 450 TOEIC points for students of the 6th course taking the direct exam at IIG Vietnam. The result achieved was that 40.5% of students taking the exam achieved the standard of 450 TOEIC points or higher. In particular, student Tran Tuan Long , Faculty of Business Administration, achieved the highest score of 955 points . This is a result that not many universities in Vietnam have achieved, even leading public universities such as Foreign Trade University, National Economics University, etc. The results that Dai Nam students achieved in the recent exam are a source of pride and great encouragement for the school's efforts in the recent past. Setting such an output standard is the clearest proof that the school not only demonstrates it in words but also in concrete actions.
