“Startup with Dai Nam” is a competition initiated and organized annually by the Dai Nam University Student Startup Club. This is an attractive, practical and useful program for students of economics in general and students of Dai Nam University in particular.
“Startup with Dai Nam” is a competition initiated and organized annually by the Dai Nam University Student Startup Club. This is an attractive, practical and useful program for students of the economic sector in general and students of Dai Nam University in particular. The competition has made a big breakthrough in quality with the goal of providing maximum support for students to start real businesses, becoming entrepreneurs with their own projects. Following the success of the competition “Startup with Dai Nam 2015”, the Organizing Committee of the competition continues to organize “Startup with Dai Nam 2016”. The competition “Startup with Dai Nam 2015” was successful beyond the expectations of the Organizing Committee with the victory belonging to the Project “Production and distribution of Ha Giang Bamboo Rats” of the Bright Star Team from the University of Commerce.
The organizing committee highly appreciates projects with low capital, easy to implement, suitable for students' management and development capacity. These will be potential projects that win prizes and can receive investment from investors. When participating in the competition, the projects and contestants will receive regular advice from a panel of experts including many startup experts and successful, experienced entrepreneurs.
In addition, contestants will participate in a startup training course taught directly by leading startup experts. Finalists will also participate in a professional presentation skills training course and proficient use of computer technology in presentations.
On April 27, 2016, the launching ceremony of the contest "Start-up with Dai Nam 2016" will take place at the 1st floor hall, Dai Nam University, Phu Lam campus, Ha Dong with the participation of the School's leaders and experts on Business Startup:
1. Mr. Nguyen Van My : Senior Lecturer at CEFE, Vice Chairman of the National Startup Advisory Council - Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry - VCCI.
2. Mr. Dam Quang Thang: General Director of Agricare VN Company Limited, Vice President of Hanoi CEO Club.
3. Ms. Trinh Thu Ha : Head of Business Administration Department - Hanoi College of Commerce and Tourism.
4. Ms. Pham Tu Oanh : President of Hanoi CEO Club.
5. Mr. Nguyen Thanh Dong : Lecturer of VCCI startup program.
The Organizing Committee of the Competition believes that with the goal of supporting students in starting a real business, the competition "Starting a business with Dai Nam 2016" will be a great success and create a new, more dynamic movement atmosphere for Dai Nam University students, contributing to developing the entrepreneurial spirit among students.
