Candidates who do not register for admission before the exam will not be admitted to university.
According to the Guidance document of the Ministry of Education and Training, for schools using the results of the national high school exam for admission, they will only consider candidates who have registered to use the exam results for university and college admission.
Thus, candidates who do not register to use national exam results for university and college admission will not have the opportunity to study at these schools this year.
For schools with their own admissions, the admissions organization according to the Autonomous Admissions Project must meet the requirements specified in the Admissions Regulations and be confirmed in writing by the Ministry of Education and Training.
The deadline for application is October 31, 2015 for universities and November 20, 2015 for colleges.
Public admission information
According to the Guidance Document, before each admission round, schools publicly announce on their websites the following contents: Quotas of majors or groups of majors (collectively referred to as majors) for that admission round;
Combination of exam subjects used for admission to each major. (In case of using multiple exam subject combinations for admission to a major, the school needs to clearly specify the admission method for each combination.

Schools that have enrolled students since 2014 must reserve at least 75% of their quota for admission based on traditional exam groups); How to handle when candidates have the same admission score; additional conditions (if any).
Schools must also publicly disclose admission scores for each school or major.
The admission score must not be lower than the input quality assurance threshold prescribed by the Ministry of Education and must ensure the requirement: the admission score of the next admission round must not be lower than the admission score of the previous admission round.
Schools that organize preliminary selection and schools that organize aptitude tests need to develop a preliminary selection or aptitude test plan to ensure that the preliminary selection or aptitude test results are available before August 1 and updated to the national enrollment data management system after the results are available.
In the first round of admission, candidates can withdraw their applications.
Accordingly, candidates can only use the Certificate of Exam Results used for admission to their first choice to register for 1 university or college. At each school, candidates can register for a maximum of 4 choices in majors ranked in order of priority from 1 to 4.
During the 20-day period of considering the first choice, if necessary, candidates can adjust the choice they have registered at that school or withdraw their application to register at another school.
Candidates' wishes (from 1 to 4 in a school) have the same admission value. Candidates who are admitted to the first wish will not be considered for the following wishes. Candidates who have been admitted to the first wish will not be allowed to register for additional admission rounds.
The Ministry of Education allows candidates to use 3 exam result certificates at the same time for additional admission to register for up to 3 schools and in each school, they can register for up to 4 wishes in order of priority from 1 to 4.

Public list of candidates for admission
The Ministry of Education and Training also requires schools to update admission registration information (including the list of candidates registering for admission and the list of candidates withdrawing their applications) to the national admission data management system at least once a day and receive candidate data from the system for admission consideration.
Universities hosting the examination clusters complete the grading of the examinations. Send the examination results data disk to the Department of Examinations and Educational Quality Assessment before July 20. Educational institutions process the data, announce the criteria for ensuring input quality, and the examination results of candidates on the Internet and on mass media before August 1.
During the application period for an admission round, every three days, schools publish on their websites a list of candidates who have registered for admission to the school by major, ranked from highest to lowest in the exam results. The Ministry encourages schools to publish provisional admission results updated to the date of publication.
