Candidates can withdraw their applications and adjust their wishes right at the Department of Education and Training.

According to the Ministry of Education and Training, in order to facilitate candidates, especially those in remote, isolated, and extremely disadvantaged areas, to change their admission registration wishes, the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) requests that the Departments of Education and Training coordinate with universities, academies, colleges, and junior colleges to continue allowing candidates to register for admission and change their admission wishes according to the regulations of the Regulations on regular university and college admissions.

Create conditions for candidates to change their registration wishes with the coordination of the Department of Education and Training according to the following process: Candidates who wish to withdraw their registration documents and submit them to another school: Directly withdraw their application at the school (according to current regulations) or can go to the local Department of Education and Training or to high schools (THPT) as prescribed by the Department of Education and Training to submit an application to request adjustment of their registration wishes.

The application includes: Application for change of registration wishes (Candidates download the application form HERE ), Receipt of application from the old school or Notice of delivery of the registration application from the Post Office.

The Ministry of Education and Training also said that by the end of August 20, 2015, the organization will receive the candidates' application for change of registration wishes; update the admission management software with the candidates' application change information; and send to the Ministry via email ts2015@moet.edu.vn the list of candidates requesting to withdraw their application; and keep the Application for change of registration wishes, the old school's application receipt or the Post Office's delivery notice until the end of December 2015.

Universities and colleges regularly update information on adjusted admission wishes transferred by the Department of Education and Training to the Ministry's enrollment management software system and receive the list of candidates requesting to withdraw their applications and update it to the Ministry's enrollment management software to remove candidates from the school's admission list; keep the exam result certificates of these candidates; Enter candidate information into their school's admission data.
